Ion has been great to work with. They did what they said when they said they would. Servcie was great. They only took a half day to install, instead of a full day.

Problem in communication between ION and Reimagine Roofing. We have yet to see the benefit in our bill from PGE. Installer lack any customer skills. The electrician was great.

Our sales person Robert was amazing and the communication and ease of install was great! They were professional and explained everything perfectly.

Installation people were always polite and professional.

I did not see any change in my power bill. Did not get the solar tax credit refund I was told I will get by installing solar. So now I’m stuck with a $35k loan.

I liked the courteous service when they removed the panels for a roof replacement and I really like the lower power bills that have resulted from installing them.

The process with ION started out really great. We did have questions about possibly upgrading our voltage when we added the panels and they never got back to us about their in-house bid, despite calling and emailing multiple times. We did move forward with the solar panel installation though. However, despite getting 3 panels more than the basic recommendation for our current usage, we are still paying our normal electrical bill on top of the Solar Panel loan. I’m not convinced that there are actually producing as much as ION projected the would in the spot that they chose. I tried reaching out to them again, but I get lost in voice mails. It’s like once they’re done the umbilical cord is cut and you’re done.

Several people I dealt with were polite but I was given insufficient information about what ION planned to install and what benefit I would gain,

Nothing was done according to schedule & we still got billed for Services that are still not turned on!

We didn’t need to do anything, ION took care of everything. They were very professional and did a great job!

Installed last summer, so far so good. The sells and stuff people were really nice also. Recommend!

So disappointed and ready to share it with EVERYONE. Of course the salesman, Chris, was charming and made us feel like your company was #1 but as the process continued it seem like things just kept going downhill. The latest is I literally emailed everyone I ever sealed with at ION because I was not getting g a return Email or call back from my sales man or his supervisor. My solar was turned on 2 months ago and my last electric bill was higher than the previous one. I asked if someone could get back with us and show us how to properly read the ION App and help us figure out what we are looking at - to no avail. If this does not get handled this coming month I promise I will speaking to many more people. Terrible FOLLOW UP with ION 👎🏻

I did not get satisfactory results from customer service. I asked on several occasions for someone to come out and check my system. I was told (essentially) not to worry about it that they could see remotely that my system was working fine. I'm not satisfied that everything about my system can be deduced remotely. I feel that I was put off and never given an answer to the question "What do I have to do to get someone to come out".

I am not too happy with my solar system I still pay a bit more than expected. And I didn’t receive any tax credit as I was told.
