Professional, fast, on time, on schedule. My only problem is my bills are still high in the summer and I still don’t make enough power for the winter. Otherwise, no issue.

We were happy with the installation. The guys doing it revised the layout to make it more efficient. They did a great job and even took the time to paint the pipes on the side of the house to blend in. Then there was a problem and it took five months to get it fixed and up and running finally. I’m sure you can understand our frustration with the time it took but finally it is running and producing good results so I hope it’s positive from now on.

When they installed our solar panels they damaged many shingles. We had water damage to our home because of their sloppy work. It's been over 3 months and they still haven't fixed everything. Stay away from this company!!

Ion was very professional from the time we bought the system through the install all the way through the PTO.

There are a lot of solar companies out there. I'm sure a few of them are okay but I went with ION and they were absolutely great. There was a minor delay in firing up my system due to a part for my panel being on back order. They were in constant communication - sending almost daily updates and check ins. If anything they communicated too much about the process. Really professional and all of their staff I have interacted with have been extremely helpful and attentive. Highly recommend!

very communicative. Whenever there was a problem like power goes out or wifi issues, they were quick to troubleshoot and respond.

ION Solar was very thorough with the whole project process. Staff was very professional, courteous and responsive from start to completion. I would highly recommend this company for solar products, installation and service!

If I’m to be quite honest, I don’t see a difference with my billing after getting solar installed. I’m still paying a decent amount to NV Energy and when I’ve called in to ION I have been told that all my meters appear to be working properly.

Wish I could put 0 nothibg has been the truth since we started with ion customer service is definitely a negative no one is on the same page been waiting for months for a call back we have to continue to call over and over and still don't get any results def won't recommend to anyone any more just wish we didn't go with this company either

The process took 7 months which is ridiculous. It took so long even my solar loan payments began! Fortunately Ion agreed to pay for the 2 months of payments when there was a overlap of the loan kicking in but the solar not being turned on. I did enjoy their customer service line though. Sweetest phone reps. I also liked my sales rep Noe. His sales presentation and knowledge was impressive.

The system is great, the web site to check has been off line since February. Call customer service and I was not able to bring on line. Now can not see if I'm saving.

ION Solar was great to work with. Would recommend them to anyone looking to put solar on their home.

They where supposed to give me a ground mount price and never came or called nothings after we worked for 3 months to get something done very disappointed . Amazing not close
