The overall cost was more than disclosed. Also, our summer bill is only utility fees, however, our winter bill is still as high as it was before. The system is not providing as much as told it would.

Would only mount on the ground after two of their own people said the roof was fine. Huge waste of my time.

ION Solar was overly communicative. I was never confused where we were at in the process and have no issues thus far. Definitely recommend!

System did not produce the electricity that they projected. My neighbor signed up and used me as a reference but the installation people made him so mad he rejected it and my $500 was gone.

ION Solar provided the services they promised on time and exactly as stated. They continually communicated with us during the process and patiently answered our questions.

Our initial introduction was hampered somewhat by Covid, as we never got to have a face-to-face , or Zoom for that matter, with our salesman, Enrique. Enrique did an initial proposed layout and gave us some numbers for a proposed layout. Things looked quite promising compared to 10 years earlier when we initially looked into solar. However after we got the engineering final layout the output looked terrible. We contacted Enrique several times to see if the numbers were right but he was always slammed and we never go to have a follow up (went on for a month), so we canceled the project. However David contacted us recently and the numbers he sent look much better, so we're looking to see if we can afford it.

Installation is the cleanest I have seen among all my neighbors. I love the fact that they used American made products to support our economy. Great people, products and service!

I was very excited to get solar panels as I had them installed on. my home in Arizona and saw wonderful benefits. I still believe solar is important for the environment but I am not seeing the savings I thought I would yet but we will see what happens in the summer. Right now not great with savings.. I was told to use a refund program for solar and that I would give that to Mosaic to lower my costs but when I called to ask question about this for tax purposes I was sent the contract to send to my CPA so not happy about that. Still not sure what to do if the refund comes through. More support after solar is put in should be considered by the company.

I was dealing with ION and thought things were going well. We had passed all the inspections and were set to install. Everyone showed up on install-day and everyone was busy in their own little area when it was announced that the roof had to be replaced (after it had just passed its inspection). I said, "That sounds like fraud and I am done>" They all picked up their things and left, thinking that they would probably be back. In the meantime the A/C had gotten disconnected. Come to find out they were also overpriced. I have tried now for over a year to get them back here just to reconnect the A/C but to no avail. I still have salesmen come to the door and when they hear my story they are aghast and know someone who can help. Have had a couple of phone calls but NO ONE has stepped foot on the property to even try to fix the problem. I am a rather easy going guy it has also taken over a year for me to write this review. The bottom line is I would not have them ever touch my home or property again. I would NOT recommend them to anyone except to AVOID like the plague.

Comparing ION to the other company I got a quote on... ION was superior in all stages of the purchase, on time, and professional in every aspect of the installation. They kept to a good time schedule nd kept in touch with me all throughout the process. I am completely happy with the product and each and every person I encountered along the way. Knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with from start to finish.

So far I am still wondering if this was a great idea as I had my home reproofed in preparation to have my solar system installed. I've heard little from ION Solar since installation and I feel communication as we go would be helpful and not due to my age. Explanations and reminders of our responsibilities as far as upkeep as owners with lists of proper accredited companies to contact and use would be so helpful. Where's the Tax information for being able to receive a credit as offered?
