Everyone seems to be on the same page. They coordinate extremely well and update customers as required in a timely fashion.

All the employees were very friendly and helpful. Everything was completed effortlessly and quickly.

For the most part everything was a seamless and painless experience right from the very beginning. The only hiccup was that the end of the work when we were waiting for our gutters to be put on there seemed to be a breakdown of communication between us (the customer), ION Solar, and their roofing contractor. It all worked out and the end product is amazing. I would highly recommend ION Solar.

ION was always very clear and data oriented in making up the case for switching to solar. Planning and Installation was done in time and with care, and the panels have been working well and holding against the weather. Communication with the project coordinator was a little broken at times and that would be a little frustrating as from my perspective I didn't have a single point of contact. And every time I called I would interact with a different person, but not a deal breaker as the work was done and most of the comms flowed through email or text message.

Ion Solar did a good job putting my system together. I am very happy with it. Just wish they showed you how to clean the panels when they get dirty. My lower panels are producing almost half as the top panels because they are dirty (so I think).
