Great and consistent communication, time from signing to installation was about a month, amount of power estimated was met (1 year in so far).

I believe it is too early to know if I will benefit financially. I will be able to rate better after completing 1 year with my solar in operation. I haven’t received any money from power sent to the grid in overages yet and I’ve been online for 9 months. The tax credit didn’t work out like I thought. It is going to be broken down by three years and not given all at once. This money was going towards the payment but I didn’t get enough back to make a dent. As far as the installation went and working with ION, it couldn’t have been any better. From start to finish everything went smoothly and happened just like they said. Everybody was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful which made the whole experience pleasant. My panels went online ahead of schedule. I received the best service and installation I believe possible. The fit and finish was perfect.

I like they speed of the installation and the overall look of it. My only regret is a 25yr bill for the install. I look at that cost and I don't think my saving will ever equal the cost. I can't afford to remove it and when my monthly payments change after a year the struggles will really begin.

I'm really enjoying my solar panels. Paying less to the power company and knowing that I can better budget for the future because I always know what the bill will be each month is amazing. I'm not one that uses a ton of air conditioning during the spring and summer months since I like to open my windows a lot and I'd rather be hot than cold. This allows me to store up lots of energy to be nice and toasty during the winter months without worrying about a huge bill every month just to be comfortable in my own home. All of this plus the fact that I know I'm doing something good for the planet and not contributing so much to it's detriment, which also encourages me to be more mindful of other sustainable measures I can take outside of recycling that I've done since a child.

So far everything is fine, starting to see a decrease in our light bill.

I love having the panels. I feel I'm doing a good thing for our planet. That is a good feeling. Maybe I don't have enough panels because I am still getting an electric bill and paying for the panels.

We started this process almost a year ago. We are still waiting for it to be finalized so we can start using it. We were also told we would not have to pay anything until everything was hooked up but now we are paying for something we are not using. Not very happy at all!

Our overall experience with ION Solar has been very positive. We appreciate their follow-up with each stage/phase of the installation process. From the initial consultation to the system activation, the experience was remarkable! In our opinion, ION Solar is a first rate company that we are pleased to recommend!

Well so far so good.....can.t say you were great. Though you left big hole in wall for the electric hookup.....

Reduce my bill and was install in a good 3 months. Highly suggest for anyone for anyone that pays over 150 for there electric bill.
