Vision Solar installed my system in May and has been great. It is producing and my electric bill has been reduced as discussed. What I really like is the look of their system compared to their competitors. I also really liked their customer service, I got a call every week with the status of my project.

Vision is by far the best solar company in South Carolina. They only do ownership in SC not leasing which is the only way to win with solar. The sales rep was very open and transparent at the door, and our panels look much nicer and cleaner than the system across the street, and I am saving over 40 bucks a month on my power.

We have had nothing but positive interactions with vision solar. The sales person explained everything in clear detail and every service technician has been thorough and easy to work with.

Where do I start... 1. They told me that the system would be installed in 60 to 90 days. It took them 10 months to get the system installed and connected. 2. They caused a power surge through my home and then short changed me on the reimbursement. 3. They installed a ground line to meet code and the installers put 2 holes in my underground sprinkler system, but didn't tell me about it. I found out a couple of months later when I went to use my sprinklers. This time Solar Vision handled the situation better. 4. In April a hail storm hit our city and damaged 18 panels. The system still was not connected and had not passed the final inspection. In May 2016 the final inspection was completed and the system was connected. In the contract it states thr system is my responsibility once the system is complete. They were damaged by the hail prior to final inspection yet they are telling me that it is still my responsibility to get them fixed. I'll be speaking to the Better Business Bureau about this. 5. When they connected the system, they claim that I had 19 working panels after the storm. With 19 panels being on for 15 days my electric bill was 490.00. The following month the 19 panels were on for the whole month of July in San Antonio Texas and the panels only reduced my electricbill by $40.00 leaving me with a bill of $570.00. Do the math...if I had the other 19 foxed to make a total of 37 so called functional panels then I would have still only saved $85.00. The sales person told me that with 37 panels in this part of the US that my utility bill would be zero for my home and I would just be paying my panel payments of $110.00 monthly. That still leaves me negative $25.00 per month. My neighbor at my other home told me that he's running into similar issues with Solar Vision as per them taking nearly 11 months to connect his system. They are extremely shady and I've even had two of their former employees tell me how Solar Vision is out to sell as many units as possible but can not keep up with the demand and knowingly telling customers lies of the installation time and of the expected power output.

Great Company! although their website is a little obscure, their salesman are the absolute most professional, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable people there are in this industry.

By far the best deal I found in SC. No other company could beat their rates/equipment and service. Very professional all around.

I am located in Utah where solar is a fairly new game, I did extensive research on all companies and while I found certain are rated better I found visions proposal to be the hands down best price for the kind of quality offered. The monitoring of my system really takes the stress off of me, a mother of 4, to worry about the things I need to. The installation was flawless took maybe 3 months total to get it up and running. The people on the installation crew were neat and friendly. The girl who originally sold us the product has completely taken care of everything and checked in with us every step of the way to ensure our satisfaction. Just an overall very homey yet reputable feel to the entire process. I would and am recommending Vision to all my friends and family.

AWFUL - took almost 6 months to get a 10kw system installed and turned up - I would recommend to anyone, just NOT Vison Solar - may do well in their home state, but not in South Carolina. Spent WAY too much money for the WORST service I have ever received. Sales Rep and new installer were nice.
