I was absolutely impressed with the professionalism of the salesperson and his knowledge. He was able to answer all of my questions and help us make the best decision for our home. With the reviews out there we were impressed that all of our expectations were met and exceeded. With the increases in the energy rates we've seen on a year to year basis its baffling why more people don't take advantage of Solar. Vision has my vote now and with anyone that asks about our system.

Vision Solar is the worst solar company I ran into thus far. Their customer service was awful and I couldn't seem to get anything accomplished. I cancelled after talking to neighbors and hearing how aweful the process was going. They promised to cover 100% of my power and my neighbors but they haven't even come close. She still got a $200 electric bill. I was promised the process would take 30-60 days and it took my neighbors 8 months. My neighbor also said they used some random company to do the financing and now that company dropped her and she's expected to resign everything. I'd steer clear of Vision Solar if I were you.

Rudest door to door salesman ever. Absolutely felt he was going to get violent, when I said he was the sixth person this week. Please don't come here again.

Vision Solar is an amazing, very professional company. They have the best sales people and installers. Their customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend them to anyone thinking about going solar.

called vision , they started paper work through green sky financial. about a month & a half, i cancelled . i later get a bill for $1100.after phone conversations, they reduced it to$600. I just paid them off. My advice DO NOT go there.

I have been very happy with my Solar Vision solar system. The system and billing work as explained to me. The sales representative took a lot of time to answer my question and make me feel comfortable with the contract. Two thumbs up, highly recommend.

Leaving this review for my mom, she got solar with Vision Solar and couldn't be happier. She has a flat, fixed payment and will now own her power instead of endlessly throwing her money at the power company. Vision Solar did a fantastic job!

We selected Vision after talking to 4 other solar companies. All of them were disorganized and seemed like used car salesmen. Vision was completely different - very professional with organized systems and a very knowledgeable and personable sales person in Doug Rose. The installation was pretty good with some nice extras (A Nest thermostat and LED light bulbs) though they did leave a bit of a mess around the perimeter of the house. They also did have problems connecting the monitor/app and in fact those problems became a big frustration as the panels were only producing, or reporting about 20% of what they were supposed to for the first few months. This caused us to lose a significant amount of money and feel like we had been ripped off. Vision continued to communicate with us and finally got the problem fixed. Now that it is working well we are pretty satisfied.

Vision Solar was the best to work with; I know because I started with another company first and switched. Vision Solar listened to me, met my design requests, answered all my questions and provided quality installation and great customer service!

Company went door to door. We signed up and were impressed with the microinverter installation. This company installed the panels great but were backordered on parts for months. In addition, communication was sketchy and required us to call to see what was going on and when we were to expect updates. They tried to negotiate with the utility on moving an AC condenser unit dragging us through with an 8 month wait time from signing the contract to flipping the switch. In the meantime, our utility bills were during the highest points during the spring-fall which we were hoping to avoid. Nothing was provided as compensation for the long wait time even after getting the regional manager involved. They just wanted to steamroll installs during the busy season and left all the finesse and competence out of the equation. They didn't do their due diligence on start to finish. They overextended their electricians, didn't anticipate parts that were needed for install, and when we were frustrated, the rep, Selver Z stopped communicating with me directly. This is even after we referred them to friends...embarrassing. I would not recommend this company to anyone, and at the moment we are stuck with them.
