The sales Rep was untrust worthy regarding the $10,000 increase on the follwing year's tax return after the panels were installed. He also was not avaible to disucss once this was discovered and blocked my phone number.

I have no different electrical demands when compared to the electrical bills that i forwarded to your technical assessment. I would have thought that seasonal performance, availability of daylight hours and regional weather would have been more effectively factored into the required number of panels so i would not receive ongoing electrical bills.

Installation was great. Im disappointed and felt mislead on the height of the panels from the roof. One of the selling points was that ION's panels were close enough to the roof that squirrels/birds etc., wouldn't be able to nest. Yet I now have a partially disabled system due to squirrel damage. For the amount of money paid I would have gotten some type of "critter guard" to protect my investment. I've also called ION twice and have been told I'd receive a phone call which never happened. I'm beginning to believe I made a mistake having an install done with your company.

Sales team was professional, pleasant and helpful. Installation team was polite, professional, provided great service and left the property neat & orderly. The service is fantastic. My electric bill is tremendously reduced to $25-$40 month.

Only thing I didn't like was that the solar panel didn't come with battery back up. Customers need that especially when storms or something knock out power. Ion solar needs to make a battery compatible with system and offer it free to customers who already have a system installed. Also don't see alot of savings in power cost.
