Horrible experience over promised under deliver by a land slide. I was in the market for solar and had a rep come out to visit and he was late which I forgave him he gave me the reassurance and promising So I decided to move forward. So the process was no where close to ADT solar guide sheet. I had to doc u sign multiple times, I had to resign my contract because no HIS # which I search up and it was not valid. Then I was told it was a glitch and that I had to resign again. Which lead to the loan documents that I had to resign and when I reviewed it, I was livid it was 8k more than what i originally agreed on our proposal I ask them why there was a glitch. I contact my rep and and ask them why so they ended up revising it to the original Proposal so I ended up signing and proceed to move forward. Then couple days later the administrator called and said the your permit can’t be pulled for your job because of the ADT sunpro merger licensing has not finalize. By this time I was heated you would think the rep or a manager or someone would call me to update me and not give me the run around mind you I was ready to move forward after so many attempts but this last one just done it for me. Terrible no calls or explanation I felt I wasted 2 months waiting, getting solar Shouldn’t be this stressful. If your reading this just due your diligence and research. I have all documents and receipts just waiting just to be let down. Horrible

ADT assessed my property for solar installation. What I liked was they sent a representative to the property (Bryan B) to look around outside and inside the house. He was very responsive to my questions, knowledgable about product with recommendations for different configurations. I appreciated the in person connection vs all others providing virtual assessments. I am doing a cost comparison with other assessments but overall was very impressed with ADT.

The product seemed very good. The rep was knowledgeable and friendly. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that I canceled the project due to a divorce.

Sales Rep was very friendly and accommodating. He went went the extra mile to ensure I would get the best price possible and made everything easy to understand.

Everyone here was super kind and helpful. My roof and trees caused a lot of problems, making my solar project inoperable. I have very large trees that my HOA will not allow me to remove and my roof has many different angles making it hard to place panels. After going through many back and forths with the design team we agreed that it was just not going to work. I was not charged any fees which was good considering I didn’t follow through with the project but they did vacuum seal my house and give me lightbulbs and thermostats.

The company kept me informed on the status of my permit and when it was time to install they showed up on time.

Their customer service with Rachel is great. She was very helpful. Answered all our concerns with professionalism. Was very polite. Had to work out a few bugs. Panels are working great.

Cost and dependability. Due to buy back plan, I have not paid for electricity in six months.

Everything has worked out really well except the end game. David my sales rep is awesome and has been working with me to resolve the issue. The issue is that the ADT merger has prevented them from reimbursing me for monthly payments and prevented the contractual obligation that sunpro took to award me a $400 credit on my electric bill. To hell with ADT.

I asked to split my panels from front to back and they put it all on the front. Therefore I loose some of my time producing solar power.
