Failure to follow up on numerous issues. Account manager is rude when you have a problem, and most of the time for that manner.

Supervisor Lara G asked me to write a review on Harold W, the young man who consulted with me about the solar panels. Harold was an amazing person to talk to. He was very informative, patient, and charismatic. He made me feel like family and I would definitely work with him again and recommend him to anyone. Unfortunately due to some current financial issues I am not able to get the solar panels at time, but when I am able to do so in the future, I will be looking to Harold once again to help seal the deal!

5 stars on the sales rep and client advocate. Sales rep. John D was very helpful in my quest for solar. Even though we were not able to see the contract thru, at no fault of ADT (due to MY requirements), John Did everything he could to get the information needed. Thru the cancelation process Client Advocate: Lara G kept me aware and up to date on the process. To any one looking to get into a contract, regardless of any sales pitch, do your research and, know exactly what is needed. Read and follow the contract requirements before and after signing. John emphasized this and that shows' integrity. Thanks.

I had the pleasure of meeting with an ADT sales representative, Jeffrey L. He was kind and very patient as I read through the entire contract prior to signing it. He was also knowledgeable concerning the solar panel purchasing and instillation process. That gave me confidence in the product he offered. He answered all of my questions. He offered me the support that I needed, and I would highly recommend him as a sales representative.
