The representatives from the company at all levels have been responsive and helpful and positive to work with the product of course is something that we chose because of environmental impact

We were very pleased with their customer service. Lisa C was our sales representative and she is really outstanding. It’s very unfortunate that we have decided to separate ways due to some reasons. I was sold on the idea that I was installing a net zero system. The equipment was 1/3 less than required for net zero operations. There was little follow-up and the experience left me feeling less than satisfied. I eventually contacted my original sales consultant and requested additional panels to be installed. Since then, my system is producing as expected.
