ADT solar is the way to go if you are thinking of installing solar systems! Their organization and professionalism are off the charts, and they helpfully explained and outlined the plan before installing the system, even updating you on the process before completion! What’s more, the installation was executed in a relatively timely manner, and performs up to its name and saving you thousands in the future. When it comes down to it though, their customer support and service was what proved really impressive - even more so than the price deal.

It was easy from beginning to end. They set up every step. I am happy with the savings in my electric bill.

It's a good product, when I purchased the system they were operating under a different name. The installation was trouble free and we added a battery pack at the last minute which has proven invaluable when trees take down power lines in my neighborhood in the middle of the night.

Despite its online promotions for free solar, and criticisms of Tesla products, ADT refused to work with me. ADT blamed a low credit score caused by a recent divorce. ADT needs to realize that single dads struggle to pay child support and need solar energy savings more than anyone. SHAME ON ADT SOLAR!

They called me 5 times on Father’s Day Sunday. Never left a message! Five calls total without leaving a message Hass to be some type of harassment. Especially on Sunday. When I called back for information the man was rude he was a terrible salesman.

DeAndre was very knowledgeable and a personable sales representative. I thought he really took his time to explain their products and understand my energy situation. I was excited to have the solar system installed but decided to wait to better assess how my energy bills will look after a full year in my new home. Lara's and Carlton's customer service was great too. Neither of them did not make me feel pressure that I cancelled. Overall, this is a company I will recommend to other friends and neighbors interested in going solar energy.
