I went with SunPower for the knowledgeable presentation I saw and their reputation in the industry. So far, the installation was smooth and the systems seems to be working great. Right in time for our heatwave too!

No problem with my system. Things are working fine since the installation. The staff is courteous and responsive whenever I need them. Response time was immediate and I feel satisfied.

I have had Sun Power panels for a year now. Every month I am sending a lot of generated power back to the grid. Too bad the per KWH they pay me for the power I send back to the grid is not what they charge me to use their power . But that’s a complaint against the power company and not SunnPower. No issues with Sun Power at all. No callbacks, nothing . With the cost of using power from the supplier company going up every year I feel using solar panels was a good decision.

They are very quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. It went great. They came out in a couple days, had the holes up and another couple days they had the wires run and the panel's on, so it was very quick, very concise. I've been pleased with it so far.

The company had good intentions always trying to get the job done, but due to unforeseen difficulties with the city, we were delayed several months. So that was frustrating and that really took a toll because it took a long time. Install itself went very professionally and quickly.

I've only had it a little over a year and so far I have no issues. It works exceptionally. Very quick, very knowledgeable. They did a good job, everything was very, very timely.

It was difficult. Install was probably the most difficult part. Part of it was not on Sun Power but on local communities trying to get things approved. But I think part of it was not understanding the landscape when the team was going to arrive and when equipment was going to arrive and where I was going to be staged and and so forth. So there was a little bit of lack of collaboration and if I had not had some foresight that could have been a major mess, but we were able to work through that part. The installation itself, once it got going, was done probably in record time compared to other homes that I had heard from him. The guy that the main lead that installed. However, once the install was done, it took forever. Matter of fact, just recently did I actually have things working. So I guess what I'm saying in a nutshell is that last fall when we set all this up, it was determined that I would probably be getting installed sometime March, April and rolling along there and and literally it was just July before things actually got turned on.

Everything is a nice fit and finish. It went great, no problems.

I have used them in the past and I am very happy with them. Great customer support, good products, solid company.

My main complaint is my roof was ruined in the hailstorm and I can't get sunpower to come out and take it off and put it back on. Their equipment seemed pretty good. Install was excellent.

There were some follow up issues that had to be addressed after the installation, and they were addressed well. Seems to be working very well and as advertised.

Since the installation, it's been really clearly performing well for me in terms of output generated and what I'm actually getting. So that's been very, very satisfactory. I think the installation process itself went very well and the only caveat was cleanup could have been better.

Great customer service. Very professional. I've had it for over a year and have no problems.

Just that they're very good people to work with. They worked very well together. Very smooth.
