Excellent customer service. Friendly and helpful staff. Awesome panels. Mobile app is useful. Best warranty in the business, simply no comparison. I don’t usually make very large purchases but this is one of the best and likely most important purchases I have ever made. Electrical bill is basically non-existent since installation.

Everything. What's not to like? System is working exactly as advertised; better actually. No problems during this past winter like some of the competitions installs. Just a great experience all around.

I started my project 1 year ago and the sun power haven't finalize it. They put solar panels on the garage roof without checking first is it permitted or not. Now when city declined to give permits they just stop responding to my emails and calls.They never keep any promizes the gave to me. Do not overpay to this company for the fake reputation. They didn't even close the trench and put back pavers they removed 1 year ago. Isn't this redicioulus. I was financed $36k for 17 panels and they are laying on my roof without any benefits.

I had my system installed a year ago. Everything went as planned and inspections passed with no issues. For years I paid around $240.00 per month. Ever since the system went live, a few bills have not exceeded $60.00 due to cloudy and rainy weeks. However, the majority of the year was no electric bill at all. Several months I received credit towards my next month's bill due to excess electricity going back to the grid. I'm very satisfied with my system and happy with the Sunpower system and product.

The solar panels are amazing! They are lightweight and yet produce enough energy to keep my battery full, provide me a source of energy when the power is out and lower my energy bill with the solar energy they produce. I am "off grid" much of the time during the day. Love that the sun that God created is making sure I have power when the power goes out!

The tech who did the initial analysis was very good. The first Project manager assigned was worthless. I requested another one. The 2nd Project manager assigned was very good. The installation team was good. Too much of a delay from start to completion. Probably due to that first Project Manager.

Long process but they kept me updated throughout the entire process. The install went well. We had 1 hiccup and they made sure to rectify it. Very professional. I am very pleased with SunPower.

We love our SunPower Solar. We had an extremely rainy winter and we still didn't have a bill at the end of our year. Everyone associated with SunPower went above and beyond to be sure we were satisfied with our new system.

We went live on our 10.8 KW SunPower Maxeon 435 system on 2/6/23. Since that time we have accumulated -$728 In credits from Eversource, our local CT electric company. This is in stark contrast to our previous average monthly bill of $240…which can reach well over $400 during summer months due to air conditioning and various inground pool utilities. Our SunPower dealer/installer, SAVKAT out of Bristol, CT, have been there for us…not only during installation & startup but along the way fielding our questions. Given the added real estate value, monthly credit accumulation, tax credits & the recent 40% increase in Eversource rates, our break even point has been calculated at <5 years .

What I liked about aUn Power is that I was able to reach people at every step of installation. They even helped me find a roofer to install new roof. Not that I needed it but I didn't want to have to take all my panels down shortly after install.

We have panels from both Sunpower and Tesla. Tesla has zero customer service and their billing tells me nothing. Sunpower's billing gives info one would expect and I can go on the app to see how much each panel is producing. I can see the panels production over the day, month, year & lifetime. They came back several times to adjust things that we never would have known about. On installation, they broke into our stucco as not to see the conduit and it was repaired beautifully. We're very pleased with them. Not pleased with Tesla, but we are stuck with them.
