Customer support is the worst I have ever seen from a company. They make promises they don't keep and watch out for the double payments of full electric bills and solar payments months after the solar payments even after the panels get turned on. The field guyes are great on installation though. Still waiting on cash back 6 months after panels were turned on and noone wants to return calls, emails, texts. Would not recommend this company...go to Sunrun.

I can't imagine anything more frustrating than the experience I have had trying to get the panels ADT installed hooked up. The panels were installed in May and it has been 5 months and they are still not online. EVERYONE involved has taken their sweet time to do anything and I have a feeling it will be another 2 or 3 months before it is connected to the grid. I would NOT recommend using this company.

My utility bill is over $200 per month. The batteries are still not working properly.

My electricity bill is higher NOW. I should have known better!!! Now I'm stuck with this and paying for something that doesn't help me SAVE money. Solar is fraud

I Loved their quick and easy quoting process.

Anytime I had a question or anything they got right to it. They had it installed in a day and a half and the crew was friendly and good workmanship.

Recently ADT actually seems like they really care. They communicate with the higher tier levels of management. Management doesn't seemed they really reply that well but their customer service people they are top notch. They had a crew inside that attic collecting all the cables to run them to the back of the house. They got another crew installing the grid, they had another crew actually installing the panels. What they didn't do nor did they even mention to me about putting up a product called critter guard to protect the cables and the microinverters from critters like squirrels, birds things like that and although I have not had any real problems. They quoted me 9 dollars a lineal footage, that's expensive but I'll probably do it. The bigggest negative is I just recently had my roof redone and they came and punched holes through it invalidating the warranty that I had.

The trying period was rather lengthy from the time that we made the initial deposit until permits were acquired and work actually started was pretty lengthy like several months and I'm told that that's normal but it's still a long time but once work begins they did it very quickly so nothing to complain about there. We're gaining about 80 percent of our electrical requirements through the solar panels. Great feedback communication on a weekly basis to see if everything was going properly, they did a very good job.

It worked well for awhile until winter. I would still recommend to others!

They did excellent job, I have 30 panels I wish I have more to cover the summer time
