Took 10 months to get it all set up to go.

I signed up for the system in August of 2021. I was told the system might take six months to install and to get all the permits. Then I was told that I would get $3,000 check if I provided the sakes team with ten referrals. The system was finally up and running after it was approved by the county in July 2022. I was told I would get the $3,00 check in two to three months. Today, it is September 22 and still have not heard a thing. I left two voice mail, sent two emails and still no reply. I am guessing customer service comes to a stop after sales are completed. I will provide you with the names of my contact, but I am certain that this is another lost message

Only been online for 5 months , so far so good . Hope the tax credit is easy to file

We are still paying for electricity because our system hasn't built enough extra power to cover the ac usage for being installed in the middle of summer

Not enough panels to zero out my monthly electric bill.

Very good to work with seems to be working very well but only in the 40 percent energy independent category and was promised 60 percent or better

Haven't seen any difference as of right now one thing nobody showed me how to read these things so I don't know if I'm saving or not

Because not everything our salesman said is true. The first four months was over $100. Was supposed to be under $20. Now we're told that solar will only cut our bills by 50%. Still have not received the $3000 for the electric company nor $1000 to be sent to us.

I'm fairly new to the program and I'm still waiting to see the overall benefits. Installation did go very well.

ADT was one of a few Solar companies I looked into when I wanted to get solar panels. They were very knowledgeable and made many good points on why to buy solar panels. I decided against getting though due to the cost.

Everything went smoothly, from initial talks to install and someone was available to answer questions and kept in touch. I am happy with everything.

They held my hand every step of the way, from the first visit to my home to the permission from the power company to operate.
