The were professional from beginning to end. From the consultation process all the way to the energization. Reason not for the 5 star rating is because the app used to track progress could be updated with more information.

1 and messy scheduling and follow up. The solar panel has been installed for two months. There were no follow up on city inspection and repairs for the problems inside or outside the house after the inspections. The system is still not activated and as a customer, I have to do all the follow up myself. The salesperson and all other people are just blaming on the pandemic and no follow up and responses to my inquiries or complaints. Horrible service.

Wasn't fully informed in regards to monitoring production vs consumption vs storing capabilities. Wasn't aware and disappointed that it all wasn't included in the purchase of the system. Also the installation wasn't without incident that caused us to have no phone, tv or internet service for over 24 hours; had to contact service provider to come make repairs.

They took forever to get the system working and I'm not even sure it's completed. I, also, kept getting a bill for product I never ordered or received. I hope that is finally settled.

Been 3 months since it's installed and I still have no clue if it's working or not.... no one has ever reached out to me to check on it... once they signed contract they have just disappeared.
