3 salesman, kept as best they could with Covid, but communication could have been better

Initial contact and instal was 3. However I was told that a lean would not be placed against the home. A lean was however placed against the home which caused refinancing at a rate of 2.25%a huge headache with a delay of over a month.

From the first meeting to the install, thumbs up. Quick, efficient, easy to communicate.

Everything was fine. Only downside is they left a small mess behind. Also, still have not heard back on an inquiry I put in over 2 weeks ago now.

Overall the salesperson did a great job explaining the program, but the actual installation scheduling was a bit convoluted. Ultimately, we are seeing a large savings in our electric bill, which is great, but the app provided doesn't show the intraction between how much we generate and how much we use from the our electric utility provider.

They have always been thorough in answering any of our questions. Honest people.
