Great job but everything takes so long with no correspondence

They were timely and did what they said they would do.

Overall the salesperson did a great job explaining the program, but the actual installation scheduling was a bit convoluted. Ultimately, we are seeing a large savings in our electric bill, which is great, but the app provided doesn't show the intraction between how much we generate and how much we use from the our electric utility provider.
