Very poor communication in finishing the project.

My solar installation went well but others I referred have not gone well at all

So far not so good my plans is not on line yet they are trying to get a payment that not fair to me

they originally were wonderful. All of their workers were polite and respectful. Somehow, however, the system has never been activated, and has never worked. I have reached out to Lumio as many times and to as many people as possible and still have no response, other than we will contact you which for the last 5 weeks has yet to happen. If they would just get us going I would change my rating to a 5 because we really want solar and want it to work .

Paying $600+ more each month. Power bill went from $87 to $713. I was lies to and our local Power Company laughed at us. Solar is a scam!

Avoid this company at all cost. Not even sure they are a real company.No customer service,Reps won't call you back,All star ratings on here are fake to give them a good star rating.Every home in our neighborhood that bought in to Lumio are having problems.BUYER BEWARE!! Do not do business with this company.They are a total scam!

My problem has been for one with my sales rep he does not communicate I am getting no help from him. Akaish) i have PTO and am trying to get help doing up acct for service but was told that my panels wood only generate a 200.00 dollar difference and my bill would be 417.00 for month dont know who else to talk to I am doing with solar but not able to use. I really need help from Lumio!!

To this point they have delivered as promised.

Our solar panels installed but not activated paying xcel and for solar panels asked for them to be turned on but don't get response

Did not follow plans, left trash behind, quick shut off is easy access for anyone walking by my house.

The quality of install was better than promised.

Very professional and not pushy. The installation was smooth and very clean.

You had 2 of the nicest young men to visit our town, Crowell, Texas Dillon P and his sidekick Michael, to represent your company.

The installation and inspection were completed on the day they were scheduled for. They both explained what they were going to do. Great Customer service.

We are waiting on warning stickers so we can have our city inspection. Have been scheduled for our inspection twice and inspector has not come because they have not put stickers on!
