Very poor service! DO NOT USE THEM! I regret going with this company! Installation process has been a nightmare. I’m coming up on a year and they can’t seem to get it together. The install team will do whatever they want just so your system passes inspection. Once it does EVERYONE forgets about you. Did they tell you that you will get a rebate or gift card? Yeah! Good luck getting it! It took me months to get it! Need to reach out to them? Good luck with that too! Your sales rep will sell you the unit and once you sign will drop you like a bad habit! Stay away and use a different company like SunRun!

From Sales process to contract to install to commissioning it was all great!

Well, I was looking for solar and I searched out about 5 companies online and I spoke to like three of the five. Two I couldn't even get hold of. Jeff C. was just very knowledgeable and he pursued the job like a professional. I was impressed and working with them went smooth. When the electrician came out, they reviewed the meter and all that stuff. Told me a couple of things that had to be changed. They were real professional.

I've had it for over a year and so far I have no issues with it. Every time I've had an issue, and I haven't had many, but any questions I've had, SunPower has been very prompt to help me out.

I had an electrical wire that had hung down too low and the local installer was not able to install the panels, but they got right on the process to get the local utility company to come in and fix the line. Then they came back as promised on the scheduled date and installed it. It was great.

The people that came to install it were very helpful, cooperative, informative.

Installation was rough. It required multiple visits the first day and it required multiple scheduling attempts, mostly because the dispatch team would not call and would only text for some weird reason to try to schedule the installation. The technology is awesome, the equipment is great, and it produces power, so it does everything it needs to do, but their project management team and scheduling team is not to the same level as their sales team.

They showed up when they said they were going to, they cleaned up every time they were here, and one of the guys even cleaned out our gutters. We've been very happy with everything.

They've been very helpful. We've had to call a couple times and they gave us answers right away, was not hard to contact anybody, and the service was great.

They are very quick to respond to any inquiries, and it seems to be very high quality.
