After a few technical glitches early on with the app, the solar panel system and the app have worked flawlessly. SunPower was very responsive to any questions I had.

The installation process went very fast, smooth, and clean.

Great products and warranty, but the best part is working with their outstanding local dealer/installer, Freedom Solar.

This is my first experience with Solar. SunPower made it easy to understand my options, get the system up and running, and even working out the bugs that caused me to not be able to monitor the system for the first few days. Great people, great service.

One of the components was not installed and I was unaware that it wasn't installed till a later date. They were quick and amazingly professional

Support is horrible. My system has 9 out of 20 panels not producing. I had to call and let them know instead of them proactively fixing. It is now a week later and they are still trying to fix the issue remotely instead of setting up a site visit.

There was a $1,000 visa check card offered by sun power because of the company I worked for. Sun power acknowledged this during the sales pitch. They acknowledged this again at signing. They acknowledged it at least two more times. I was told I would get it six to ten weeks after I went live. I still haven’t received a $1,000 visa check card and now they “can’t find my company in the program “. It gets worse. Months after the panel’s went live they still haven’t closed my permits with the town. Avoid sun power. They are horrible.

We contracted with SunPower to install solar panels on our one-story home on July 15, 2022. After repeated delays and backlogging of the production of their own manufactured solar panels over a 9-month period. SunPower was still unable to give us a confirmed installation date. Therefore, we cancelled our contract with them on April 4, 2023.

Customer service sucks. Set up a web meeting. Sat for 15min. Got a text asking about a phone interview. Said it was suppose to be a web meeting and I’ve been waiting 15 min on the call. Was told sorry for being misled. I recieved email from the company and the guy that I was suppose to meet with. Both said it was a web meeting. Waisted my time. If they can’t get a meeting set right. Lie about. Not care if they loose a customer. Wouldn’t trust there ability to put up panels.

Sunpower has exceeded all of my expectations! As a solar rep, I set a high bar and they delivered!!!

SunPower panels are performing as estimated. We are very happy with the final installation and ongoing solar production. Communication was great throughout the process
