Is there anyway I can rate them at minus 10. I have been suffering with problems since 2019 and I wish I can tell everyone looking to use Sunpower Solar company to run! They deceived me and now my house is almost condemned since the installation of the panels in 2017. May those guys who deceived me never experience peace in their lives if they are still alive! The peace that I have lacked since 2019 is enough to eat their own up. Many good reviews, but am one of the few unlucky ones. Currently my life is in danger as rain water is running down through electrical outlets on the ceiling and the company wants me to pay for the removal and reinstalling of 43 panels placed on a small house. I have raccoons raise their babies in my ceiling and anything else one can imagine of. I have tried all I can to appeal to sunpower in vain. A roof that I could hve repaired with 7k is now being evaluated for over 20k due to the extensive damages. If you are eyeing solar energy by SUNPOWER, just be careful!

My system was installed just yesterday, my system has even been released by my local utility yet, but I had to comment on the installation team. Beto and his crew were unbelievable in their execution of completing my installation and I truly believe it couldn't have been done better if it was done at his own home...Go Sunpower Go!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! The worst customer service and follow through I have ever experienced. I have been with SunPower for over 10 years and there's been nothing but problems. They installed the system wrong , we have not saved any money and they will not get back to us to fix this problem. I don't know if they're going out of business and don't care , but we are taking legal action.

Sunpower have a very qualified sales team but the project coordinators are the worst! They are unresponsive, persuade you to install before HOA approval and then ask for more money to correct their mistakes. When you send emails, they do not respond for several weeks and if you don't escalate and complain to a superior or another department, they would not answer you at all. I do not recommend you to close any deals with them. Update: even the supervisor Matthew J is not very responsive.

I have yet to receive ANY good news or customer service support from this company. Billing issues causing my account to be overdrawn along with a case manager with little to no response is completely unacceptable. Yet I have to be harassed with phone calls to pay as well as be told this impacts my credit...?! When the billing issue was something I TRIED TO ADDRESS and got no help from any representative

This process is very long and my time is valuable. I have had constant set backs/delays. I have had constant excuses as in personal issues, wrong paper wrong brought for inspection, we have to submit more a revision etc process started september 2022 and as of May 2023 system is still not running.
