They said what they were going to do and did a good job. They are a very customer conscious company. They answered any question I had with accurate answers. They were finished in less than a day, with inspecting and completing it the next day.

They're very customer oriented, and it was a seamless process. They took care of everything. I didn't have to stay home from work or call them to see if they were coming back. They were very organized. They were there bright and early to make sure they didn't miss the inspector, and I thought that was very good.

They were so efficient, you can tell by just the sales person that came in. Their installation was efficient and neat, when they cleaned up everything, they put everything back in place and cleaned everything before they left. I would like them to be more enthusiastic about the referrals I give them, though.

I thought the customer support was good. We had issues with the day of our installation and we've had multiple problems since with trying to get people on the same page. Every time we call back no one seems to understand what happened last time, you get turned around with different people. But, everybody's friendly when they pick up the phone. They came to the house and I asked them to knock because my wife was resting, and they just barged in and my wife felt very exposed. Without our permission, the guys used our bathroom and clogged it. They also left metal filings, wires, and things like that around the grounds afterwards. So, the installation process is a bad experience. I haven't had any problems with the equipment, it's working well.

They installed it fairly quickly, it was a large crew and they were in and out in about 4-5 hours. Late, I had a small leak and they came right away and fixed it.

They promised that I would have a generator hook-up in case the wind power goes out, but that hasn't been done. I haven't heard even though I've called several times about when the generator installation is going to happen. But, the installation process went well, there haven't been any problems with it since it was installed.
