When we first had the salesman come to our door, he was very helpful. He explained everything to me in detail and took care of everything from the beginning until the very end. He still calls me sometimes to check in and see how everything is going. The installation process was very quick, and I was surprised that they did it in a few hours and left everything clean and professional. I'm very happy with the installation! You can't even see them very much when you're standing outside.

The moment I signed the contract with Momentum Solar, everything was the the same on the paper as they had explained it. Installation was great, because they didn't hide any problems. Everyone was on time, and they seemed perfect to me. All the equipment has been working well, and they have provided everything I have needed to get along okay. I had an issue earlier on with birds flying into the panels, but they've put a bar on the side to stop that from happening.

I was having a rough time with another company, so I decided to call Momentum Solar and they really helped me out. They did a good job after and I never had any problems. The installation process was smooth, and I think customer support is great.

The people that worked on my roof and went into my house were really friendly. They are on time, and did not disappoint! The installation took a little longer than expected, but the results were good.

They answered all our questions when they presented to us about their solar company. We felt very comfortable going with them. They've been very responsive and take care of everything that needs to be set up. Installation was very smooth. They came on the day they planned on, cleaned up after themselves, and were careful to remove part of our roof so we wouldn't have drainage issues. They were very knowledgeable and I trust them. It took us a while to start saving money since we got the panels later in the year.

Our salesperson was very convincing! The installation was efficient and professionally done. They did it all in one day, working nonstop. I haven't had any problems with the equipment and product. I think this is a very trustworthy company.

The salesperson that helped me gave me very complete and good information. Installation went very well. Everything went as planned, and they were well prepared when putting up the panels. Unfortunately, the left some personal things behind which I had trouble getting back to them, but they didn't take anything from me during installation.

I had called a few times into customer support to discuss something that were being done, but no one replied to me. They sent people out here, not giving me a call beforehand on 3 different occasions. I had no idea why they were there and what they were doing. Installation was okay...there was a lot of drilling and loud noises. I wish I knew it would have been this loud, because I wouldn't have stayed home, especially with my children. No one told us that there was a period of high production when we should have installed them. Instead, we installed them in a low production period. I think Momentum Solar sucks.

I like the fact that they do everything in house, and don't subcontract other people to do the installation. The installation itself went on in stages. Before they would do something, they would always advise me beforehand. They showed up on time, and would conclude with a follow-up call. Customer support is always attentive and run through the entire process with you on the phone very thoroughly. There have never been any issues with Momentum Solar. Everything is working fine as advertised. Everything was executed in a timely manner, and they have handled any issues that have come their way.

The installation process went on well without any hitches, except they left something outside that I busted my kneecap on. I had to go in for emergency surgery, and I haven't been able to have any grandkids over because of that. I think it would have been nice if they had removed some trees to get the maximum amount of sunlight.

I think they should contact the customer more often, especially in the first couple of months. In the winter I pay $100 and in the summer I pay like $30, so it's not exactly what we talked about. It was supposed to be practically $20-$30 max.

I liked the salesman and the fact that they cut trees down for me. Their rate is a little higher than public service but any problem I've ever had they have taken care of it right away. Momentum is an excellent company so far and they have helped me with every problem I've ever had.

The installation was howlingly horrible. They promised me they would replace some things not agreed upon in the beginning and they never did it.

I was touched with the presentation I got from The Momentum Solar salesman. They made a last-minute change and asked for a little more time, but they got it up and running. I've never had trouble with it, it seems to be working fine.

It took the amount of time that they set, and they answered all the questions I had before they started. I can see the difference in my bills.
