It took this company forever to get me signed up with them. They said they'd get it up in February, but they just got it up and going in June. When they monitored my panels, they noticed one wasn't working properly and they came out immediately to fix it. They're a very trustworthy company.

Momentum Solar was the very first company to respond to us. Unfortunately, our initial experience included some issues getting support from them. They don't communicate with each other in customer support, so you keep getting transferred to people who don't know what you're talking about - it's a fiasco. The installation process was wonderful. The workers were very professional and we had no issues.

This company did a great installation, provide good service, and save me a lot of money. They came to inspect everything the first day, did the panels the next day, and did a great job. There are no leaks on the roof and didn't disrupt my home at all.

Reps at the company were very helpful in making my final decision to go with Momentum Solar. The equipment is great and has been working so far. Customer service calls every time I've called - they are very helpful. Verification was very easy,and the process took less than what was expected. The company is very on top of it, and follow up with me on things that are going on.

This was the first company that actually met all my requirements for solar installation. The entire experience working with them was a complete pleasure. I didn't encounter any issues with their organization, because they did a good job. Basically, the installation guys came to set everything up. Once they got all the permitting, everything went quickly with the installation. I have had nothing but good experiences with them.

The gentleman who came to speak to me was very personable, informative, and persuaded me that I should go with their company. He gave me information that helped me determine that this was the best choice for me. The installation process was painless, and they came over to take are of it all. I didn't have to be involved in the installation process. I haven't had a problem at all, and already see results of the solar panels on my gas and electric bill. I'm very pleased with the system and my bills.

When I call them, they answer my questions and it doesn't take a large amount of time. They took one day to install, it was fast and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves as well. All I had to do was open the door and give them access to the attic. I can go online to see the usage, I don't have to call them about that. Sometimes I pay nothing and sometimes I do, so I'm going to add it all up and see how it compares to the monthly rate at the end of the year. What they say is what they will do, they haven't told me anything they haven't done yet.

I thought the customer support was good. We had issues with the day of our installation and we've had multiple problems since with trying to get people on the same page. Every time we call back no one seems to understand what happened last time, you get turned around with different people. But, everybody's friendly when they pick up the phone. They came to the house and I asked them to knock because my wife was resting, and they just barged in and my wife felt very exposed. Without our permission, the guys used our bathroom and clogged it. They also left metal filings, wires, and things like that around the grounds afterwards. So, the installation process is a bad experience. I haven't had any problems with the equipment, it's working well.
