My solar panels were installed last year. After installation I called then with a question. I was transfered to person that was supposed to help me with my question. Unfortunately they transfered me to voicemail and I left detailed message asking for call back. After more than 6 months I'm still waiting for call back.

I was not told in advance that snow on the roof can cause gutter damage, and my gutters were knocked off the roof and dented my car. During a snow, I witnessed wet snow sliding off the roof all at once and instantaneously, brought down my font gutters. I filed a claim and they told me I need snow, gutter guards. This was the first time it was disclose to me that snow can damage gutters. I was never notified about this. They paid for my gutter repair. They also said they would pay for my car insurance deductible, "in writing', however they lied and refused to pay me.

romises were good, but they did not materialize as presented. Also, it is now a year and I am still not up and running completely, cannot get this finalized! very frustrating!

Never received original agreement that I signed electronically. What I received was not what I signed up for. It took me 6 months of discussion with the solar provider to remedy the situation. Unethical company to deal with.
