Never received original agreement that I signed electronically. What I received was not what I signed up for. It took me 6 months of discussion with the solar provider to remedy the situation. Unethical company to deal with.

They lied to me. They told me that SCE does not charge little and then have a balloon payment at end of year. They told me that they would wash off panels and did not. I do not like liars.

Not adequate explanation on financing. Was very slow in getting the proper paper work completed to get system turned on. I had to call myself to get information and the relayed back momentum personnel

Momentum Solar This is going to be a complete review of the company Momentum Solar. I will be just and honest with the review. At the beginning of the year, we decided to go solar. We contacted Momentum Solar and we made an appointment with Mr. Rodney W (Solar Consultant) who gave us a good orientation even though, I did my research beforehand. The system they wanted to install was the Micro Inverters but I decided for the string inverters with the Sunny Boys inverters and having the option of drawing power if the grid goes down. We contracted Momentum Solar for the Solar System installation. The installation crew was amazing and they knew what they were doing. The installation was completed, and we were just waiting for the county to approve the installation, and the electric company to install the NET meter. Everything was approved and Momentum Solar sent two employees to fire up the system. All good, everything running as plan, first bill came in and since then I have been paying only the fees and other charges that the electrical company charge every household. I wrote an email to the Customer Service Department on May 9, 2018 because the contract arrangements have not been fulfilled. They told us that Momentum Solar will be monitoring the system to determine if the system is fully functional or if something was wrong. They also told us that we will be able to monitor the system from the panel and with an app. When the system was completed and fire up, no one explained to me how I was going to read the energy production, how I was going to monitor the system to make sure it was working, and how to get the app that they promise for me to monitor the system. Mrs. Gabrielle M answered the email on May 10, 2018 and she advised me that she was trying to find a solution to my concern. She supposedly referred the email to service manager and she was waiting for him to respond. From that email, I have emailed her on June 10, July 17, and July 18. In the last email Mrs. M asked me for clarification on my address. She wanted to know which address was mine because they had two different addresses with my name, so they could come and activate the system????? Mrs. M, my solar system have been active and functioning since the beginning of the year. I only wrote one address on the contract papers. I am only inquiring or asking for your company Momentum Solar to grant and fulfill the contract arrangements and someone to come and show me how I read and monitor my solar system as your solar consultant Mr. W promised. Momentum Solar overall is a good company but their Customer Service and follow up on their client’s complaints are not so good. I give them a poor rating on that department.

I've always enjoyed the interactions I've had with the people in customer service. Momentum had more time than other solar companies who call me to answer questions. They are very considerate, and were probably the only company that I felt was reliable to get solar panels from. I love that when I call in, I'm talking to an actual person instead of a recording. They do their best to answer questions you have or problems getting permits, etc. Installation was very quick. The guys who came out were very knowledgeable and knew what to do. They were friendly, kept me in the loop, and did the job in a relatively short amount of time. They cleaned up after themselves, and showed me how to do everything and ensured I knew everything was working. I've already been recommending this company to friends and family.

I did a little bit of shopping around when I was searching for solar companies. The guys I talked to at Momentum was really nice. My installation was easy and everything went smoothly. There were no problems with installation.

We've had a bit of a problem with the bill, but they were pretty quick to fix it. Installation went on smoothly, and they pretty much knocked it out all in one day. Our equipment is good quality and we haven't had any problems with it so far.

Installation went pretty smoothly. We had a lot of technicians over and they did a good job. When the technicians finished, everything looked good quality and new. Customer support has been very helpful as well.

I really love the consistency Momentum Solar has with the customer support. I had the same person explain the process to me, respond to questions, and who saw it all out through the end. They informed me when they were coming to do the installation, they finished everything well.

Anytime I've had issues, questions, or concerns, I've always gotten a return call from them 100% of the time. They are great to call me with progress updates - it's just excellent. The installation process went very quickly and smoothly. We had a few hiccups, but they were able to fix those. The equipment is good quality and we haven't had any issues with them.

When we first had the salesman come to our door, he was very helpful. He explained everything to me in detail and took care of everything from the beginning until the very end. He still calls me sometimes to check in and see how everything is going. The installation process was very quick, and I was surprised that they did it in a few hours and left everything clean and professional. I'm very happy with the installation! You can't even see them very much when you're standing outside.

The moment I signed the contract with Momentum Solar, everything was the the same on the paper as they had explained it. Installation was great, because they didn't hide any problems. Everyone was on time, and they seemed perfect to me. All the equipment has been working well, and they have provided everything I have needed to get along okay. I had an issue earlier on with birds flying into the panels, but they've put a bar on the side to stop that from happening.
