been dealing with ion solar since december 2016, tring to get the dang project started. Once it got started in March of 2017, all they did was to install the panels, then nothing. Between december and march no communication at all except my ignored phone calls. From March to june same story no returned calls and no information. Finally in july they came out and hooked everything up except the new meter so I still don't have a functioning solar system. This company is probably the most unprofessional company it has been my displeasure of being involved with. Avoid at all costs. Not worth the headache and frustration. Completely ruined the experience.

We called several other former customers before signing up with Ion Solar and I was pleased that they gave us references who had something to say besides, "it's all great." We spoke with one person who detailed a month long reign of problems, all of which were fixed by the company and how happy she was with the customer service. We have had our panels for about 9 months now and the only thing that is buggy is sometimes we get a "production issue" warning. When this happens, we reach out to Ion Solar, they have checked it out, and it is has only been that we were producing less than expected due to weather. Our panels cover our power usage and we are very happy with both the panels and the company.

Excellent communication between the customer (me) and the company. Ion Solar took care of arranging all the inspections. The installers were excellent and knew what they were doing. All the equipment is top quality.

I recently leased ION SOLAR PANELS installed and have been unablea single point of contact to answer my questions about billing rates, repairs, my contract and etc. I currently feel like I have been scammed because of the lack of ownership of the products ION SOLAR has to offer. Frank Drenik

ION was a life saver. I looked at 7 different companies and couldn't make a decision because nobody really stood out as a better company. I saw an ION truck in my neighborhood and reached out to them to see what they offered. Their pricing was better than most of the companies I contacted and their products were the best available so they led the pack regarding the products they offered but their service was so much better and to me, that's one of the most important things. I'm happy I purchased from ION and I am super happy with my system.

I really loved my experience with getting my solar on my home. I know solar pretty well and my experience with Ion Solar was very clean. They communicated with me on a regular basis and let me know of the process and current step I was in. I'd highly recommend this solar company.

When I signed on with Vision Solar I was promised what turned out to be a pack of LIES. Now it's ION Solar and the lies we were told have been just that and the are sorry we were misled nothing we can do. Well, BEWARE of ION Solar they decieve, cheat and lie to you. Please beware, they don't hold up their end of the deal.

Filed with the BBB. Buyer beware. Misleading - they do actually nothing but wrap you into a contract and install but after that nothing. They sell your contract to a third party. We've had a difficult time having Vision Solar fulfill their contract because of this and review our under producing panels monitored by that third party. Surveyor has no idea what kind of roof is good for solar. After they installed on our roof we found out (now on our 4th) no home insurance will cover our roof because of it's condition and now we have Vision and no real customer service with panels stuck that we cannot remove! Installed 6 months after signing sheesh!!! And not online for even longer. No one has any answers and all their employees keep changing probably because of poor management.

No complaints, installation all went well. Had slow upstart tho. Was due to power company on their part after all was installed. Vision was very helpful with any questions. Well pleased.
