I got interested in solar because I was getting high electrical bills. I had to do something to cut my costs so I went for it. The installation was done efficiently and faster than what I thought. It also had no cost, all I have to pay is the monthly fee. My contract is for 20 years, so for that time I don't have to worry about it. It has cut about 40% off of my electric bill already. The biggest problem that we ran into was with the Homeowners Association. They slowed everything down and stopped us from doing what we wanted to do in our home. I had to go 3 or 4 times and do all these things to get it all approved. I don't think they should even be involved, I mean, I'm putting up panels on my own house, it should be my own choice. Hopefully they can get the lawmakers involved and straighten things out. That way they may realize that, you know, it's the customer's choice to put things on their home. No one else should have to get involved or put up restrictions on what we can or can't do. It should be up to me not the HUAC.

Initially I learned about Sunrun because I knew one of their representatives. I certainly liked the idea of going green and saving money on my electrical utility bills with them. When I talked to the representative they were fantastic. They had confidence in their numbers and were really professional so I signed up. The installation was great and everything works well, I've had no issues with them whatsoever

I have 10 years of experience in the solar business. I'm an independent business owner that represents Zoom Solar and they use SunRun to do their installations. We already had a SunRun run facility in Bethlehem and I wanted to talk to them about getting another one installed up in Lake Harmony. It seems like they're not up there yet though. The representative that we talked to was very good. They were very professional and proactive when I called in for information regarding the process. From start to finish that takes about 3 months, with most of the process being related to permits. I feel very good about working with them. Since I work for Zoom Solar, I get a residual income every month for using the system.

The main reason why I looked into it was that I was curious. I talked to a rep that was really nice. We signed up and got everything hooked up. We really liked the people that worked on it, they did a nice job putting it up. I haven't had it for long enough to really tell how much it's going to cost us or anything though.

They were great. We decided to install it and it's all up and running.

They had a representative that came around who was excellent. I was interested in the product, so I signed up. They seemed to be a very reliable company and had a good presentation.

When I moved to Phoenix I had a lot of companies come by offering solar. At church I actually talked with someone that turned out to be the manager for SunRun. Since I hadn't been around for too long, I wasn't really eligible for solar but once I hit the one year mark I talked to the SunRun manager and got everything figured out. All around they did a great job, everything was done seamlessly. I met a lot of representatives and they were all very polite and professional. They're extremely busy so sometimes it took them a little while to get back to me, but they always called back. The welder installation team did a fantastic job. There were a lot of things coming onto the roof and they did a very professional job. My electric bills are now lower.

We had Sunrun installed some six months ago. We called a bunch of people and they came out first, their representative was just excellent. The main reason we signed up with them was that Costco backed them. We're happy with it.

The representative that I talked to before I got it was nice. I have it installed but I want a cheaper rate.

Their price was right, that's why I signed up. So far my experience with their rep has been excellent. It's not perfect, they could improve on their feedback whenever I call, but it's pretty good. My system is guaranteed for 20 years so, if it breaks, they will come down and fix it. I'm satisfied and very happy with it.

I researched about 10 different companies and they came up with the best deal for me. We signed up for the service and it didn't cost me anything to get it up on the roof. Eric, the representative that I talked to, was absolutely perfect. He came all the way out of town substituting for someone else and did a great job. He came back out a second time because we needed to talk with him some more and he did a nice job.

The representative that I talked to was excellent and did a great job. I went and signed up with them and they've already installed everything. It's all operational and generating all the stuff we need.

The representative that we talked to really listened to us and understood what we needed. I also liked that they were located in our own city.

I contacted multiple companies and settled on them because of the price. They are great.
