They're always in constant communication with customers

They are very unresponsive to their customers problems.

There was suppose to be a $500 credit card after installation was completed. Having questioned SunRun about this twice there still has not been a response. Customer Service has been easy to work with. I opted to lease my solar system over purchase which puts the onis on SunRun to monitor their equiptment and keep it up to day.

they were good at explaining the monitay value, the installation, and set-up. The only is after the installation the salesman can't be found.
