When looking for a company to work with I search for many things. I look for a company who is ethical, has good business practice and ultimately enjoy what thry you do. I got all these from solar optimum. It was a pleasure dealing with them through and through. The initial phone call provided me with more information than any other company I had called. My initial appointment with Sean provided me the answer to my lingering questions. The crew took the utmost of care with my home while they were on my property making sure they left my home looking the way it did, minus my new solar system. The system has been producing magically and I have referred already two of my best friends.

I have had a lot of my friends move to solar and that's what finally pushed me to getting my own system. What a world of difference to finally talk to a professional and experienced company who was able to speak honest about my utility saving and roof situation. I spoke to two other companies before calling optimum and each of them gave me a quote by phone without ever coming to my house to at least look at my roof. I realized the technology is there to do that but i told these companies that the roof maybe in bad condition and that the google satellite is not accurate . After hearing about optimum from a friend, I spoke to Silva and she booked a consultation the very next day for me with Armando. He actually came to my home and was able to inspect my roof. I heard about Solar Optimum through some friends who always mentioned their solar system and how great it was. We decided to finally look into the idea of getting one ourselves. We reached out to the office and talk to one of their sales reps, Silva, who was so informative from the get go. I mentioned my busy schedule due to my job and they were very accommodating to me. I met with their consultant who came in prepared with a few options that made the process easier for me to understand. Each time I called in with a request they were wonderful with making them happen. I like my friends where so excited with my new system that I have been trying to refer all my friends as well. The referral bonus helps but the amazing experience is what sold me.

Solar optimum in my experience did an A+ job on setting up our solar system on our home. From beginning to end, their communication through the entire process was great-- at times, over-communicating which was not necessary but appreciated. Our solar system job has 20 panels for a 7KW system on our west and south roof. The system is running like a well oiled machine and we're ready for the summer. I have heard of competitive bids but this was truly a site to behold . After I scheduled a few appointments companies flooded my house with similar quotes. What stood out to me was all the special attention they took in designing not just my system but all the steps they put in to make sure that I was happy with it during the entire installation. I was given option that other companies did not offer and I was happy to see that this options where all in line with my goals for energy use.
