I saw the company reviews on Yelp and decided to get a quote but the only thing that I received was an automatic reply with why it is an excellent company. I called three times and gave my info to the secretary and asked for Tom since his name was in the e-mail that I received. I even sent a e-mail with my SDGE bill to TOM, but he never got call back or sent an estimate. When I called and asked to talk to him, he was always busy on the phone, he was the only contact I was given and he never got in touch with me in over 2 weeks. I waited for a call back and the same e-mail with the 10 reasons why I should hire the company. A company with so many good reviews, but was not able to provide a quote even when the customer is eager to invest in this product. If I cant even get a quote for this, how can I trust that I will be taken care of in the future? I will no longer be seeking investment in this company. Thank you.

This was a very good company to choose to do my install. they gave me fast service and had my system on my house before the summer. The pricing was fair and they liked to answer all my questions. I would refer them to my friends and to my family.

5 star company for sure. In only 3 days, our panels were up but there was a slight delay with the city approving it. however, I'm happy to say my solar system is up and running :) and our bills are lower after installing with solar Optimum. Best home investment I've made so far.

My solar system has been great ever since my wife persuaded me to install them which I was not happy about in the beginning. I am an old school guy and anything new and modern out there doesn't spark an interest in me to give it a try it to trust. We were a bit skeptical in the beginning to take a Solar Optimum into consideration. I was looking for a specific look with my system. The whole team at Solar Optimum was great in helping me achieve all the specifics I wanted to achieve. They worked hard on completing the design and soon came to install the system which only took 2 days . I have to hand it to them. They did great job and left my house looking the way it did before they began, minus my new solar system .
