Of all my projects around the house, solar optimum was by far the best experience from start to finish. They are thorough in explaining ever detail and prompt in execution and follow up. They handled every interaction with the utility companies and the city and made sure I got all rebates that I qualified for. Highly recommend for customer service, professionalism and experience in the industry.

A lot of my friends and co workers were talking about going solar or had already done so. After hearing the highs and lows I knew what I was looking for. Solar Optimum was the third company we called, and we talked to Mark, who was extremely patient with us and took the time to answer all our questions. Some of them, he even answered before we had to ask, because he knew what information we needed. We called two companies afterwards, just to compare prices, but it was an easy choice to go for Solar Optimum because they were obviously the best! And we have not regretted that decision! We bought Panasonic system with the Enphase inverter and we very happy with the result. The system is actually overproducing, so we're now getting money back from our utility company.

I highly recommend Solar optimum because they go and beyond to help you make the decision for your solar needs. A lot of companies out there promising this and that, but solar optimum is straight forward and won’t give you empty promises. Oh and did I mention I’ve referred families and friends to solar optimum already. So before you make that choice or decide what solar company to go with, Give solar optimum a chance . What do you have to loose. Lastly ask for Sean S. He was the rep that made me go green but most of all save lots of money by going solar, that’s solar optimum.

We purchased our solar system from Solar Optimum earlier this summer and have been more than pleased with the results we're experiencing. Our utility bill was averaging about $275 to $300 per month for the last two years. Completely out of control and we felt it was time to do something about it. We found Solar Optimum on Yelp and read their reviews which lead us to call and book an appointment with Sean, the solar consultant. From the very beginning, Sean and Silva ( Coordinator) were so friendly and knowledgeable. I work in customer service and these two are experts in what they do--trust me. Overall, I would grade the process a 9 out of 10. A few slight delays through the design approval process but can't say enough about their knowledge, friendliness and customer service. Installation was smooth and they were able to turn the system on pretty quickly. 5-Star a A grade for Sean, Silva and Solar Optimum.

After numerous consultations with other companies, I made the best choice choosing Solar Optimum. From the initial consultation with Sean, to dealing with Nima in the office, every person was knowledgeable, patient, professional and impressive. The entire project went smoothly, we had no issues at all. Our solar panels have saved us so much money, we could not be happier! The Tesla battery was definitely worth the investment as well. My only complaint was that I didn't decide to do it years ago!
