I had an issue with the monitoring, and they were very prompt in resolving it. The panels work efficiently and they did a clean installation.

Great sales people and installation was smooth and I was satisfied. That said, if you need ANY post installation help, this is NOT the company for you! I have an issue to be handled and have spoken their "customer service rep" three times over the past two weeks. Every time they forward me to a new department with only voice mail, I have left three messages, and have had exactly ) returned calls. I called back and insisted on talking to a human beings and apparently that's "not possible". I personally believe service AFTER the sale is as important as the sale itself. Apparently SolUp has another business model, and I am NOT a fan! My advice, select another company (there are MANY) that will provide you the service and support you deserve after spending tens of thousands of dollars.

Sol-Up is easy to interact with. They are easy to understand. They looked into things I wanted them to do. They let me know when they were going to be coming out. Installation was done in pretty much one day other than waiting until the city inspector come out and approved it. There did turn out to be a defective part and they replaced them without an issue. It has been operating at the optimal condition from what the monitoring system is showing.

You guys always take good care of me. I haven’t had any issues with the technology other than one incident where the battery failed and you guys took care of it quickly. It has been five years and I am still experiencing a new unit.

I am really pleased with the results. It is good for the money. Bills are only like twelve dollars a money for air conditioning instead of four hundred and eighty seven. The product is made in the USA and not China. It is well made by Tesla. The warranty is good. I am happy with the way it was installed though it was slow because of covid. They did a really careful job. I had a guy on the roof fixing some tiles who had been in the roofing business for a lot of year and he said they did a really good job and anchored everything just right. Customer support was not answering at first so I got the CEO’s home phone and talked to him and he explained that in June they did not have employees there because of covid. He was really nice about it and it has wound up being better.

Highly recommend them. It is a great experience. Everything works as projected. All across the board the service is very good. Every time I call them, they take care of my issues perfectly. The people that came out to my house were professional and knew exactly what they were doing.

I’ve had Sol-Up for here years and have had no problems whatsoever. The quality and the workmanship is excellent. I am quite happy with them and the tax rebated from the federal government. My bills are real low.

The invertors seem to be the latest technology and the panels I picked up are the highest quality. They are very proactive communicating with me. Every question I have whenever I have question.

Their warranty is for twenty five years and they stand behind their warranty. We had a problem with the panel and they not only took care of it but credited us for the time we did not have the solar panels working. It is an honest company which is hard to find here in Vegas. It has more than paid for itself. Their panels are the Panasonic panels made by tesla.

After these years it is still performing well. There have been no issues or interruptions. We did have a problem with pigeons under the solar panels a couple of years after they installed it so they didn’t take any responsibility helping us with that issue. Still I think they are very trustworthy.
