DO NOT USE SOL-UP! They use shady and underhanded techniques in order to get your money. I have to admit we were pleased at first with Sol-up until 5 years down the road. During contract negotiations we informed them we would be getting a new roof in about 5 years, they said "No problem, we will come out and remove /replace the panels at no cost." When it came time we found out there is an additional $9,000 charge to remove and replace solar panels for a re-roofing project. Sol-up told us they could not use the existing equipment they had originally installed because it was no longer any good and we had to get all new racking and panels. Sol-up admitted they do not have faith in their own equipment they originally sold us, how bad it that! They want us to pay half the cost of the solar system again to do what they promised to do for free! Sol-up straight up lied to us from the get go!

They were on time and efficient. Each team that worked on my house was well trained, worked hard and was polite.

Customer service is excellent! The install was amazing and the crew where professional and polite. Everything was fantastic!

The entire process was amazing, Sol-Up took care of all the Paperwork, from HOA approval, NV energy, and permitting. They were there to assist and explain everything to us and keep us up-to-date on everything.

Missing communication, but in general are OK. Not the best, there is a lot of improvement that need to work on.

Sol Up was right there to provide an estimate without any sales pressure. They were able to go over and explain everything and additionally answer any and all questions. This also includes being able to call during the process of installation to further explain how things are done. The team that came out to install were great and took time to answer the curiousity questions of how things were connected, etc. Thank you

I had been researching solar and company's for a few years now and with sol up, I felt what they offered above all the other company's I spoke with. And the installers were amazing. They configured everything to be such a clean looking job. From a no pressure sales team to the wonderful friendly tech support. So happy. Thank you sol up.
