No more worries about power glitches our outages with my system. My monthly power bills have dropped by over $125 to $165 per month. I’m now able to run my home at night with just my Tesla PowerWall and again I have no concerns with outages or problems with my utility supplier. Money very well spent!

Headaches ever since I got involved with the company. Installed solar panels wrong acted like it was something we did to make the circuit breaker pop constantly to the point we didn’t turn it back on till they could get around to checking the system put A month later they finally do turn back on the breaker then say that’s what’s wrong. Of course breaker popped again. Called back and they acted like it was our fault. This whole time being charged for service and Duke electric also. Finally came out after sending them a picture of our fuse box and guess what! It was wired wrong 😑. No apologies or return of money we were paying double for four months! Stay away from this company if you want to keep your sanity. 😞 p.s. now it’s winter and it’s not putting out enough so gain we are paying double still!

Freedom Solar Power in Denver is a dumpster fire. If you need to have your panels removed/reinstalled, prepare to pay 40% more than other companies because you are locked into an exclusive contract due to the 25yr warranty. They won't even talk to you about scheduling until you pay up front, my roofing contractor threatened to terminate our contract because freedom was impossible to work with for planning. Three months later our roof has been installed, I've paid the solar re-install bill and they still will not even discuss my a re-install date. I'm filing a complaint will the Colorado Attorney General. This is a cash grab company with no integrity.

Electric Bill for 9/2023 -$1 Installation was smooth.

Pricing and financing were good for original purchase. Installation was relatively good timing. Installation went good for the most part except that at the end of the day, the installers appeared to be in a hurry to finish to repair a leak on someone's roof. As a result, some spare parts were left for me to clean up.

Loved our sales person & all his detailed information. Lots of confusion happened regarding the actual installation dates and other promised appointments, dates & times. Scheduling department needs a lot of revamping. The installation went great! We had a follow up call more than a month later. Were given a number of promises that have yet to be fulfilled. The system is not generating the amount needed to zero out our electricity bill, as promised. We need to meet with Freedom to get that taken care of and to be reimbursed. Overall, we’re happy we used Freedom. Just need to make sure our issues are addressed properly. Follow through doesn’t seem to be a strength at this point.

Everything works fine, referral program is awesome!

The product is working well. The service is reliable,great labor team work.

Great installers, electrical crew were out standing

The installation took way longer than expected. Signed the contract in August and installation occurred in February. When there were some problems, communication was very ineffective. Also one of the workers damaged my property (punched a hole in my handicapped ramp) with his ladder and left the property in a dangerous situation and it took a while to get that fixed. Overall the system is working okay but whenever there was an issue, there were problems getting the person responsible involved. Who was responsible was not clear and customer service was slow. Using Freedom Solar works well if you make the effort to supervise the process and bird dog them on everything they are supposed to do. Also their price for solar is much higher than other companies. On the positive side I can't say enough good things about my sales rep Andrew W. He was fantastic on every level and helped me tremendously when I had problems with the installation.

Not sure how many times I need to keep filling out this survey,but nothing has changed in my response.I have no problems with this company, had wonderful contacts and everyone that I talked with with wonderful and was able to answer any questions that I had. From start to finish, I had my solar completed in 5 months. In the 9 months that I have had solar, I am very impressed with how much savings there is. I would recommend this company to anyone who would like solar.

I have no complaints . This past summer was my first with my system and it helped my Enrgy bill as it should. Anytime I had issue with my app not reading correctly, I called customer service and it is fixed right away. My energy consultant Phillip A still keeps in touch with me for any questions or concerns .

Freedom Solar provided professional, skilled and competent people to work with. From the salesperson who took the care and time to thoroughly explain aspects of the product, approaches to the completion of the project and beyond. I am especially thankful for all the thoughtful communications that were sent informing me of the stages of the work being completed and the people you entrusted to deliver the information on a particular aspect of work being performed. I like being well informed on major projects such as this one and prefer a high level of transparency. Thanks again for a job well executed to completion.
