My solar panels in my back office studio area are not registering on my My Sun power app. Sometimes some of them register, but they area lower than the panels on my main house. Y’all have sent one or two tech that were supposed to be able to get on the roof 4 or 5 times over the last 3 months, and none of them could get on the roof to trouble shoot the panels.

Excellent. My solar panels have held up to 5 big hail storms. I am saving so much money on electric bills. Yay! Looking forward to getting tax savings back at the end of the year.

So far, the system works great and the workers. They did the outstanding job.

We signed a contract with FSP for a 10kw solar panel installation with battery backup in 2Q22. After waiting approximately 5 months for design/permits, the installation crew arrived and immediately informed us that the system we requested couldn't be installed on our older home built in 1935. Calls to the Company were not returned, and we were left in the dark regarding what remedial steps might be required before the installation might proceed. All of this could have been avoided if the site inspection engineer had been forthcoming during his initial visit to our home.

The installation crew did a great job setting up and installing our solar panels. They were respectful of property and kept us updated on the progress of the installation. They completed the project in 3 days. The solar panels have been a great asset to our home and has helped save us a lot of money on our electric bill.

Love the $ we are not spending on electricity

I enjoyed working with my sales representative, Gene S, However, when I have needed follow-up maintenance, the response has been slow and I have even had to involve Gene to make it happen. Communication between the service center and the customer is lacking continuity and follow up.
