Read the fine print. They made some mistakes that were finally corrected but they don’t always follow up on what they say.

Everything they told me came through. The sun power panels are pretty good. It took a couple of weeks to install because there was some delay with the shipping but for the first part everything was mounted within a couple of days once the parts got here. Everything has worked since it was installed.

I’ve saved quite a bit of money on my electric bill. The people have been very responsive.

I asked for the system to be set up for zero net metering and while they were responsive the first time I called, the second time when I was still not getting zero net metering, they pretty much put me off.

It's been over two years since I had it installed and I am not very impressed with the monitoring system. There is no way to check the quality of the panels if there is an issues with a single panel, you have no way of seeing.

Install was horrendous. The gentleman who came out messed it all up entirely. He cut a whole chunk of the dry wall on the inside of my brand new house. Eventually they got it fixed but I was hoping for efficiency.

Their products are good but not as good as I expected. It is really good that the inverter is from the same manufacturer. Customer service is very good and answers in a timely manner.

Overall it’s pretty good. I am happy with it. I like the panels. There was a few hiccups in the installation process but it went okay and they fixed the problems. The equipment is pretty efficient.

Everybody answers my questions. They were on schedule. The workers showed up when they were supposed to. It is pretty straightforward.

Equipment generates just what they say it does. They are fantastic at installing it. They came and did the job quickly. I had to have my system taken down and the roof redone because of a hailstorm last year and they were prompt getting it up and reinstalled.

Highly disappointed. It has been three months and they still haven’t started.

Very friendly sales people. They get back with me very well. It has gone very well.

Installation was great but so far I am disappointed with the system. After installation their communication could be better. It could be better.

I would recommend it. It has been no issue for me in the past few years. Customer service is good. They reply to my emails instantly and have techs and stuff to me in a day or two.

Esa Solar has been very good but there have been a couple of things that have left me hanging because the corrosion was not covered by the warranty. Otherwise it seems to be good and they seem responsive.
