The equipment has integrated without problems. I chose them because they are the only authorized distributors of Sun Power.

The sales team was really great to work with. The office was responsive and flexible and worked with me to get things done. It has gone smoothly. We’re pretty pleased with our bill.

Everybody I spoke to was very knowledgeable and helped educate me on the process. I have complete confidence in them. They are very professional.

Esasolar has met my expectations. When we had a panel go out, they came out and fixed it and everything is good.

The equipment produces well but they made promises they couldn’t keep. Our original contract has had to be revised twice. It has been a nightmare. They didn’t do what we wanted and wanted to put panels where there wasn’t any sun. Most of the people are nice but if it weren’t for covid we would have changed companied already.

I had come trouble monitoring the output but otherwise they are solid. They did a good job installing it though there were some delays. Everything else went smoothly.

We have had issues and they still haven’t taken care of them. I have had to fix some issues myself. I’ve called multiple time and emailed and they never come.

Top quality out of every other solar I’ve compared it to. There was some technical issues that too a while to get resolved in the beginning but since then they have been great.

Overall the system works good. I like that there was the option of different panels.

Once it gets going it is alright though it never reaches the numbers I thought it would for the first year’s production. Some things don’t get done in the timeline.

I’ve saved quite a bit of money on my electric bill. The people have been very responsive.

I asked for the system to be set up for zero net metering and while they were responsive the first time I called, the second time when I was still not getting zero net metering, they pretty much put me off.

It's been over two years since I had it installed and I am not very impressed with the monitoring system. There is no way to check the quality of the panels if there is an issues with a single panel, you have no way of seeing.

Install was horrendous. The gentleman who came out messed it all up entirely. He cut a whole chunk of the dry wall on the inside of my brand new house. Eventually they got it fixed but I was hoping for efficiency.
