So far I have not received my solar panels as of yet and it has taken longer than expected. But they have answered all and any questions I have asked and has kept me informed of their progress. Understand this review is before installation and before any payments are made so to know the true value of what I'm getting is not yet to be rated.

Took 7 months for installation, roof leaks, poor power generation

Have had a Sunpower solar system since 2009. In 2019 had ESA remove and reinstalled solar panels to have a new roof installed. System hasn’t worked since!

Workmanship is flawless, Customer service is excellent, sunpower panels are top notch, and tesla powerwall is very convenient

The entire process from of getting information, the installation and payment was smooth.

My system was poorly designed and I was given an offset of 77%. Now I continue to have a big electric bill from the grid company
