It has taken months to get aps approval. We keep getting notices from aps stating that modifications to the application are necessary. We expected the system to have been operational by now.

Im still waiting for them to finish my project and its been 2 months.

They explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. They kept in contact with me and the installers were great.

Very professional and very easy to get things done in timely matter.

They did a good job. I think I need more solar panels. I haven't had enough time to evaluate. It has been very cloudy since they were operational.

Detailed communications about design and planning. Worked through difficult permitting challenges. Progress and status communication was slightly lacking.

Acted in bad faith when they sold us the panels. Lying about the use, purpose and cost.

The project manager(s) do not communicate. I'm really not sure who it is. Jennifer has communicated the most but doesn't seem to be in any hurry. Fransico will call every once in a while. Doesn't read his notes beforehand and tells us what we already know. The last thing that was communicated to us was that we were ready for install. No install has been scheduled.

These people keep calling me daily using a different phone # each time. I've told them I'm not interested & to remove my phone # from their system. Today 5/19/2022 @ 8:30am they called again. If I wanted solar panels this is one company I WOULD NOT CONSIDER USING.

We just recently had our panels installed by Erus Energy, and I must say they were very professional and completed the install in about six hours. One panel was damaged and replaced immediately. In regards as to why we chose Erus Energy, Chaz V and Ray H were very informative, and discussed with us about the superior quality of the Erus Energy products. I was concerned that there be no penetrations in our roof, and as a result, a ballast system was used in which concrete blocks are used on the framework to secure the panels. The reason for the four star rating is that we have not had El Paso Electric complete their inspection, and as a result, we are as of this date not connected. When considering a solar company, I would definitely give Erus Energy a call.

Customer for about 7 months. Poor Customer Serves and getting the run around. i am paying for both panels finance and energy bill. Did not recommend this product.

Eus Energy #1,No regrets, Excellent on Everything, Very professional, Fast installation, questions, they have right answers, quality of solar panels, Good customer service, Most of my neighbors and friends Have Erus Energy Right here in El Paso TX, I just bought my home and first thing I did is installing Sar panels,, I also own an electric car,, and I am eco-friendly to the extreme, 6Just positive reviews, They have their own installation team, trucks with logos, Not only The crew for solar installation are very professional, knowledgeable, explained everything, etc but The crew for Aeroseal ( Irigoyen brothers) When you call they have a lot of departments, everybody very professional , Project manager( Maria C) etc etc , Hey WHEN.I LOOK I LOOK FOR THE ONES WITH MORE EXPERIENCE, YEARS AND ERUS ENERGY HAVE 17 YEARS IN ARIZONA, 7 YEARS IN NEW MEXICO AND TEXAS,!! AND ASK.NEIGHBORS!! AGAIN THEY ARE THE BEST!!!

Horrific. Hit and run sale. Claim no more bill far from the case. Put tiny dent in my bill. Called sales guy he said not his problem contact office..project manager said no longer on project but will have client services Reach out. Crickets not a peep. Horrible company avoid at all costs.
