So far the only good thing about Blue Raven is the installers were very nice. Horrible customer service and non existent communication with any of the process or to schedule the next step unless I, the customer call them and ask what's next. For as much money as they get from each customer I expected a business that knew how to run properly. Ont of all that it was 10 days of me calling to ask when I can turn on my system after the electrician finished. Never got any call back when I was promised they'd look into to just to be told I could've switched it on 10 days prior and they finally sent instructions. Ok fine once again frustrated but ok finally. Well no I called right back when they website said it didn't recognize me to have a system. Was told on a Friday i would get a call first thing Monday. Surprise, NO CALL. Here we are Wednesday and 15 days now of days my system should've been working. Well finally someone figured out the account was mixed with someone else in the area. Apparently names and pictures and serial numbes were all duplicates on two accounts. Are you kidding me??? I wasn't given any answers as to where all the energy we've accumulated will go since it's being mixed with a whole other system. Absolutely worst experience and if the panels were already installed I would walk away. Don't CHOOSE BLUE RAVEN if you expect anything to be done right.

The guys I worked with were nice and friendly. The work was great and clean. And I was explained very well how it all works with the right expectations.

The process was very fast and went smooth, they took care of all the permits and scheduled inspections. The installation was quick and done on the scheduled time. Jason the lead installer was professional and polite, called before hand to ask if I had napping children at the time. Very happy with the process so far!

Blue Raven did an excellent job of completing the project quickly. Making it almost painless for us. We received great costumer service and they were very helpful the whole way through.

From the initial inquiry I was impressed by the detailed, helpful and great communication. The emails, text and check up phone calls were very pleasant and relaxing. Mitch was pretty laid back and easy going. He explained the entire process, pros and cons of having solar energy going forward versus not. He answered all of my questions and the questions of my guest as well. Mitch walked me through the entire process while making sure that I understood everything. He didn't pressure or try to sell me. They were very easy to work with as I'm in and out of town regularly for work. They handled my HOA request, city permits, blueprints, financing and inspections. I didn't have to shi anything except be present for installation and inspections. They have high quality equipment and they're very efficient, clean and friendly people. All of them were amazing! Team 4 did my install and they showed up and knocked it all out in 3 hours and I had a large install pack. I would recommend Blue Raven Solar to ANYONE that is looking for our remotely interested in going Solar indeed. A+++

Now my power bill is more high and i need to communicate with somebody to resolve this situation.

Everything happens just as they said it would. It all went very smoothly. My dad was out with them asking question the whole time. They answered everything to our complete satisfaction. I am looking forward to this experience.

When we have had "any" issues, Blue Raven has always responded immediately.

My install went smoothly and my panels have saved me tons of money on electricity. We did have to alter the design a bit on site due to an incorrect measurement at the site survey but, overall, things went smoothly and quickly.
