From the first time talking with Blue Raven my wife and I were impressed that the company was not trying to sell us! When we sat down with Martin every minute was spent with not only a completely knowledgeable person buy one who was completely professional. He answered each question until we were satisfied we understood what we asked. The follow up was regular in letting us know where we were at with the process. If I called with a question, I received a call back within 12-24 hours. If the person didn't know the answer they called me back with a clear answer. Installation was done today 9/23/19. They were amazingly quick, but totally thorough. They took the time to answer my questions professionally, with clarity and precision. Their mindset was clear. To make sure we had a professional and complete installation done with the highest standards and they were amazingly precision oriented. It was a pleasure working with Blue Raven and would unquestionably and have recommended this company to friends and neighbors. I rarely in my life have experienced such professionalism, ethics, customer service and installation done as well as Derrick and his partner did today. If when all else is done as well I will give the whole process 5 stars out of 5stars. I am not an easy man to impress, Blue Raven has completely impressed thus far. Cooling system works optimum. House is always cool. Monthly bill is lower for usage. No complaints with Blue Raven, the company. Able to correspond and they are helpful.

Scott and his crew were great! Very courteous, friendly, professional crew. The installation looks great! The attention to detail is fantastic. The delays in the install are due to the local utility permits and not the fault of the installers. Once permits were approved, they came in and got it done! Scott went over the system and how to energize it once the inspection is done and passed. His company monitors the panels to be sure they are all functioning as they were designed to do. Top notch system. Top notch company and crew. Nothing negative at all to say about them!

Installation was come completed a day earlier than promised. The crew was outstanding... very knowledgeable and explained my system very well . Very courteous and respectful to our home and property. We have already had contact from sales representative and company about the next steps. Installation looks very clean and neat... waiting for local inspections and completion... September 18, 2019

I've been horribly frustrated with the lack of communication with this company. First, they no-showed at the sales appointment (my first warning sign). I gave them the benefit of the doubt and let the guy reschedule when he called me 2 days later. I wound up going with these guys, and the actual physical installation of the panels themselves, went great, as did the paperwork. But then the electrician no-showed 2 times! Later found out it was a "scheduling issue" with the Utah office (I'm in Colorado), and the contract electrician they use was on vacation. Might want to check that next time I take 2 days off work to be home and your guy no-shows. Then it's time for the inspection. So again, I take time off to be there when the BRS inspector comes, and is supposed to meet the city inspector for sign off. The City inspector doesn't confirm the appointment, but they schedule it anyway. The City inspector doesn't come because they NEVER had the Rough-in Inspection done. They told me they worked that out over the phone with the city, but apparently not, because 2 weeks later, I still have no final inspection, no equipment from the power company installed to convert the power to the grid. I've had solar panels on my roof for over a month and not earning a thing from them. Sales rep tells me 11 days ago and I quote "this is extremely frustrating. I'll have my account manager reach out to you ASAP". (I have it in a text from him). That was September 5th at 3:23 pm. Today is September 16th. BRS, come finish this thing in the next 2 days, or I'm going to take all of your stuff off my roof, cancel the deal and you can come pick it up. I feel bad for your panel installers. Those guys were actually great -- on time, professional and did their job quickly and efficiently. The electrician, when he showed up, was good and professional as well. Your internal scheduling team, and communication with your customers sucks something awful. I'm hoping someone from BRS sees this and reaches out, because they're not returning my calls or texts. I should have gone with SunRun.

The material truck and installers arrived in a timely manner and were very pleasant, the material was unloaded quickly, and the installers staid steady at it. There was a hiccup with the original design based on the breaker panel location, but they got on the phone with the design team and figured out an alternate solution quickly. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure i knew the next steps before my system could be put into service. Overall, a very good experience and i would recommend Blue Raven to others.

Still waiting on Blue Raven to contact us!! Do your research before you go for Solar system. I'm sure there is much better and honest company out there. We have solar panels for few year now, and nothing has improved. We are still paying around the same amount ( about $ 300.00) in electric bill. We have been trying to reach out for them, with NO response!! It's frustrating to see the lack of response, communication, transparency this company have! The first contact was wonderful, a lot promises; good "stories" , awesome custom service until you buy it, after that, we found out the hard way that the most of information they gave us wasn't true. The installation was pain full ( they installed on the wrong side of the house and took then another month to fix it). But all this isn't our biggest problem with them . The biggest problem is we have a solar system that doesn't work, and no one to reach out!! I have been waiting, and waiting and waiting and I got nothing!!! Nothing but a expensive solar panels on my roof and a power bill that still cost exactly the same all year long just like before. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed!! We gave them a chance , a lot of chances, now I'm ready to let our lawyers to handle this!!

My experience with Blue Raven Solar has been absolutely fantastic! They contacted me directly via solicitation to our house and I am very happy that I gave them the time of day. Before I was even a customer they had done their due diligence and determined that I was a good candidate for solar. After talking with their rep I scheduled a follow up with their salesperson. Parker was very knowledgeable and professional. He helped us determine that for about $10 more a month than we are paying for our power we could purchase solar panels. After we determined to purchase the solar panels Blue Raven pretty much took care of everything in a very expedient manner. They sent someone over to photograph the roof and developed a design. They submitted for permits quickly and scheduled construction soon after the permits were issued. It took their crew about a day to install the panels and do the electrical work. As an added bonus they gave us a free EcoBee smart thermostat as well as a bunch of LED lights. There was an issue when they installed the thermostat and Blue Raven promptly scheduled a HVAC technician to come over and fix the issue. From the beginning consult to the final install it has been an absolute fabulous experience. This has been one of the best decisions I have made in a very long time.

Harrison and Conrad were great at explaining the Blue Solar panels and system. They explained the process and approximate time for permits to in service. The information has been spot on. Installation was done today including the electrical work. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable. The work is exceptional. Everyone cares about their job. It looks great. Customer service has kept us informed and scheduled ahead of time. Highly recommend BLue Solar.

The rep that I talked to from Blue Raven Solar was Rhett Honeycutt. Rhett went to great lengths to explain the program to me. He went over how Blue Raven works with Duke Energy to set everything up. He covered how the system pays for itself and walked me through each step of the process to get set up. He explained all of the warranties and answered any question I had about the company. Rhett was very informative and knowledgeable about the company and about solar energy. He was very polite and made the experience very pleasant.

So far the only good thing about Blue Raven is the installers were very nice. Horrible customer service and non existent communication with any of the process or to schedule the next step unless I, the customer call them and ask what's next. For as much money as they get from each customer I expected a business that knew how to run properly. Ont of all that it was 10 days of me calling to ask when I can turn on my system after the electrician finished. Never got any call back when I was promised they'd look into to just to be told I could've switched it on 10 days prior and they finally sent instructions. Ok fine once again frustrated but ok finally. Well no I called right back when they website said it didn't recognize me to have a system. Was told on a Friday i would get a call first thing Monday. Surprise, NO CALL. Here we are Wednesday and 15 days now of days my system should've been working. Well finally someone figured out the account was mixed with someone else in the area. Apparently names and pictures and serial numbes were all duplicates on two accounts. Are you kidding me??? I wasn't given any answers as to where all the energy we've accumulated will go since it's being mixed with a whole other system. Absolutely worst experience and if the panels were already installed I would walk away. Don't CHOOSE BLUE RAVEN if you expect anything to be done right.
