Blue Raven Solar was professional and helpful the entire way from getting the estimate through install. Panels look great, I got 28, and my install was done in just a few hours. Can’t speak highly enough of Jared S and his install team, they did a great job, were helpful, and cleaned up everything. The electrician, Rain, was excellent as well.

We had out install in May of 2021. Everything went as planned. We have not had to pay for electricity since it was installed. We actually have received money back for over production. Not much but it is nice to know the system is working as they promised.

From beginning to end, they were super friendly, easy to work with, and worked efficiently throughout the process to get our panels up and going way sooner than we thought we’d get them! All of the guys on the crew were super respectful and easy going, but they knew how to get things DONE! Easily one of the best crews I’ve ever done business with.

Great company for solar installation. This was done in Portland metro area, and installation, support, and service teams were all wonderful. BRS was completely competitive in pricing and product and beat out other companies I was looking at. Installation took 1 day for 17 panels and I was producing electricity within 2 weeks of installing. They were able to draw up and update the solar plan several times to meet my requests and were very understanding when it came to me comparing with other companies. My experience with BRS was without any issues, and a pleasure to have gone through.

From the sales to installation and everything in between I have nothing but good things to Say about Blue Raven Solar. They are in constant contact, and if I have questions, I don’t have to hesitate to contact them. I definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to switch the solar panels. Blue Raven thought the whole process was amazing. From scheduling to keeping in touch with my power company and making sure things were moving forward. I would recommend anyone looking for Solar to reach out. Well worth it.

Fast, thorough, and great with communication/setting expectations. Would recommend to friends and family. Brady did a great job coming to my house to explain the cost breakdown and helping get everything approved and ready for installation. Jay did a great job with the actual install. I’m still waiting for the final approval from Idaho Power but I’m liking what I see so far!

BLUE RAVEN IS TERRIBLE! Most incompetent company we have ever tried to work with. We started a project to install solar on our home in May of 2023. We paid a ~$30 k deposit about a month later. As of September 2023 (been 4 months), they still have not scheduled an installation date. Instead, we keep getting excuses about permits not being approved. However, when we contact our City, our City says everything was approved, but Blue Raven failed to pay the required application fees. When we reached out to BR about this, they promised to make the payment that day (either electronically or by driving to our City offices). Of course, Blue Raven didn't follow through. Instead, they keep making excuses.

This company is totally unprofessional. The door-to-door appointment setter dropped the names of several neighbors, so we grudginly agreed to do a quick (30 minutes or less) review of a preliminary report they would prepare for us. The first appointment they scheduled was a 8 pm on a weeknight; the sales rep called at 8:36 pm, stating that his previous appointment ran late, and that he was still about an hour away. We rescheduled for 5 pm on a Saturday. Saturday was another no-show, but this time they outdid themselves by not even bothering to call. If this is they way they act before they even try to earn my business, I'm out.
