Efficiency, product features, and warranty.

The sales people, installers and support person did an outstanding job however the quality of the staff that handled our payment was far from excellent - Twice we were told that checks were not received when we had notification that, in fact, they had been. This has caused us to have to go through considerable effort to provide evidence that the checks were cashed. On the first check Sunpower discovered their mistake, don't know yet about the second.

1) automated tool didn't work - it works fine for other companies that use satellite images to check my roof for solar panels 2) when it already takes 2 days for someone to reply in what is called a "chat" should I dare and ask how long any response from the company will once they got my hard earned money?

I wish someone told me that getting a new roof would put a ton of debris into my finished attic. And now after panels I’m being charged more on my next ever source bill then the last. And my rep didn’t get back to me when I texted him a question.
