Easy to work with and gave me a better price

Tyler was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The program from Elevation Solar makes good economic sense and the the professional manner in which both Tyler and Jessica conducted themselves was greatly appreciated. I look forward to many years of reduced utility cost and additional resale value for our home.

I am editing my review because Elevation Solar came through for me and my system is operating correctly now. I have been told I would be reimbursed for the months it was not working. Amy, the Resolutions Manager was wonderful and put up with my rantings. She got accomplished what no one else was able to. I can now monitor my service daily, and believe me I will. Justin who came and actually provided the service did a wonderful job. He was personable and very knowledgeable as well as patient regarding all my questions and complaints. I am relieved, and my stress level has gone way down so I now can recommend Elevation Solar if someone asks. I don't regret my earlier reviews since they got the attention I needed and deserved. My opinion has changed as of today because my system is running perfectly.

Great pre-sales process, Elevation Solar was not necessarily the cheapest option but the one I could trust and the proposed technology made sense to me.

The first contact person (Concierge Person) was not the best. That's the bad part of the review. Once I contacted my sales person and explained that I couldn’t get in contact with the concierge rep, I was switched to someone that better represented Elevation Solar. All my questions were answered and things moved forward quickly. The install crew was fast and courteous; completed the installation of the panels in one day and finished the remainder of the electrical install the following day. Electrical inspections and coordination with the power company were handled by Elevation and went smoothly and quickly. Overall, other than one bad employee, the process went well.

They appear to Upfront and honest. They were also very efficient and had great customer surface thus far.

Madison did a great job of explaining everything to me and made me feel every confident going forward. The solar analysis they did on my house was well done. She didnt try to up sell me or buy unnecessary equipment. Instead she was honest and was a joy to talk with.

I am a retired person. During ALL the conversations, I don't remember being told that if you don't pay taxes, because of income, the TAX CREDIT is worthless. So the money I thought I would be getting back after doing my taxes, is nonexistent. My loan payment is now going to go up almost $50 a month after this initial 18 months of payments. Or I have to find extra money to pay into my loan, to keep my loan payment at the amount it is now. I told everyone up front, I was RETIRED!!!!

Jeff S was very informative and knowledgable on the subject of solar energy. He took his time in explaining and frequently ask if I had any other questions related to this topic. Not only did he make an outstanding presentation for Elevation Solar, he was fun and enjoyable to talk too.
