We were relatively happy with the process through installation but it has gone downhill since then. Our gutter was damaged during the process and, to date (over a month later), has not been replaced. Blue Raven has sent two different "handymen" out who can't fix it. We have continuous spouting on our house. You can't just go to Lowes, buy a couple of pieces and stick them together. It has to be done by a continuous spouting installer. That, however, is the least of our problems. Our panels worked for approximately two days after initiation then stopped abruptly. Our last reported data was over two days ago. We have been calling but cannot get someone out until next week to look at it. If I had to guess, I think the second "handyman", who we had to supply with tools, may have damaged the electrical lines when he was attempting to repair the damaged drywall. For some reason he turned a breaker on in our electrical box that is normally off. Maybe because he experienced an arc? Even though it appears the panels are producing energy, we have no power from the panels to the box and a bunch of useless panels on our roof. Sure wish I hadn't already paid the second half of the bill. UPDATE: Someone did finally come to check out our problem. When the drywall was removed, we found singed insulation and a wire that had been damaged , probably by the drywall saw or utility knife used by the handyman. The Blue Raven guy told us he would come back in another week and actually repair it. So, still no active solar system but glad it didn't burn our house down with us in it. UPDATE: It took three weeks but we seem to be back up and running finally. Now we just need some sunshine.

Since my system was energized, we have continually seen savings on our utility bills. The folks at Blue Raven have been consistent throughout every step and I am exceedingly happy. I've seen other houses that they have completed and their customers seem likewise pleased. Then there's the money I anticipate saving in the future, to include the tax refund.

From the very first time my wife and I sat down with the sales Manager, I was impressed. All the facts and figures he quoted for us were correct. Once the install started, the four man team doing the install were courteous inside and outside of our home. Once the city permits were received the install followed within a few days. Solar design panel layout looked very professional when done! GREAT JOB SOLAR TEAM!!!

Very formal. Had a little mix up when trying to reschedule and the materials were not ready on the earlier date. Also had the new thermostats installed when I denied them being installed but they were quick to correct. Very polite and courteous.

It was a easy sell once I got all of the information. It was all spelled out tome I was able to make a informed decision. All of my questions were answered.

The initial sales people were not pushy, just gave me the facts. Being a CPA, I understood the simple economics - pay the utility or pay for solar. Utilities go on forever, solar is a short finance. A great option for those planning on retiring as you gain some independence from the utility companies and protect yourself against future rate increases. Invest in your house, not the utility company - GO SOLAR.

Our solar panels were just installed yesterday. We are waiting for the new thermostat to be installed now. So far the process has been great. Everyone has been great to work with and things have gone as promised.

The individuals that installed the solar panels were very polite and professional. The overall installation appears to be professionally done. The panels were installed in one day as promised. The areas where work was conducted to include driveway were left clean.
