Being able to facilitate her team’s success and working with the amazing people at Sunnova who care about their customers — demonstrated by initiatives such as those that helped communities following natural disasters like Hurricane Maria in 2017 — is what she loves about her job, and what motivates her to continue paving the way for expanding energy independence. “Revolution through evolution” is precisely what Erin continues to accomplish; constant, fast-paced forward growth that pushes current boundaries toward revolutionized energy production.
During Erin’s time at Sunnova she has been pivotal in the realization of the Adaptive Home and has built up the product offerings team which has since more than doubled the number of markets Sunnova is able to operate in, with international market expansion on the horizon.
