Signed a contract in November of 2021. Still waiting to complete my system, September 2022. So many promises broken you should run from this company, I wish I had

I wrote a review 4 months ago stating they to not respond to questions and to this date still cannot get answers , a week ago I go a TEXT asking me to agin explain my questions which I did and guess what, Have not herd from them again. Tesla made several changes to their APP and I cannot get anyone to explain the changes . during Hurrican Ida I lost Power went on solar until Powerwall was used up then went on Generator , the Next day when the sun came out my solar panel was locked out I tried calling, Text and Email, no answer ok it was all the outages . My solar did not come back on until the Grid came back, I continued trying to contact Scott for several months until I got a call from Matt who sent a procedure on how to reset the solar while on Generator,

Very friendly staff Had the job done in 1-2 days and it is working great. Our electric bills are so low I can’t believe the savings.

I am updating my review of Sun Coast Solar. I had my system installed in Feb 2019 and experienced problems with the system delivering the guaranteed production. Last week, Sun Coast came back to my house, installed 3 new panels and repositioned my existing panels. I am now changing my review as a result of this experience and would now recommend Sun Coast to others seeking to add panels to their home.

When I had to replace my roof, Southcoast Solar removed my solar panels, then after the roof contractor finished replacing the shingles, Southcoast Solar technicians did a great job reinstalling the mounting brackets and solar panels, and reconnected everything. They got my system back in operation well before Hurricane Ida struck, and although we lost utility power for about a week, our solar panels and battery back-up kept our refrigerator, lights, fans and other devices working continuously. Technicians did a great job. We are thankful that despite 110 mph winds in Mandeville, and many trees down throughout our area, no damage to new roof or reinstalled solar panels.

South Coast installed my 27 panel solar system in November 2011. The installation was neat and met my high standards. It has been totally reliable ever since. I check and plot the output periodically, and there has been no decline in output over nearly 9 years, and it has more than paid for itself in reduced Entergy bills. There have been no roof leaks under the solar panels.

I have been using South Coast Solar and their Chief Technical Officer Scott Oman for designing, installing, maintaining and upgrading the solar array at my residential property in SE Louisiana since 2009. Scott is extremely knowledgeable and has always been able to make some highly technical issues very understandable to me. The installation that Scott did for me has functioned virtually trouble free since December 2009. I have recommended/referred Scott and South Coast Solar to several friends who have successfully used them to install solar arrays on their properties.
